Kathleen was very knowledgeable about the various homebuyer assistance programs in Baltimore and Maryland, which was extremely valuable to me in my first home-buying experience. She was able to explain everything to me clearly and in detail without being condescending, which I struggled to find in other loan officers. She was also very responsive and always provided more than enough information for my questions. Loved working with Kathleen and her team - they made the process so easy for me! I would recommend her to anyone who is new to the homebuying process - a great experience!

Our home buying process was very up and down over a 3 month process. The one consistent thing we always had was Greg Carol at PRMI. He was always available, quick with responses and dependable. Between him and Rendell, we were always in the loop. I so appreciated to constant contact throughout the process. Can't recommend them enough!

Jim Conway was amazing, his communication was unparalleled. He went above and beyond helping me understand what my payments were to be and to whom I was to make them to. He took a in-depth process with confusing paper work for a first time home buyer and made it very easy to understand. He made me feel comfortable from the time we first sat down up to the date of settlement. His timeline and projected date of settlement were spot on, I highly recommend Jim Conway and Primary Residential Mortgage.

Kathleen Lauman & her team were awesome. She was great at educating & assisting me throughout this whole process. She responded to my e-mails & calls timely & she even responded to my e-mails when she was supposed to be on vacation. I mean she goes above & beyond, she is someone who is passionate about her job. I am glad that I was referred to Kathleen by my realtor, I plan on referring her to all of my friends who are interested in purchasing a home.

I can't speak for this whole company, but I want to highly recommend working with Kathleen Lauman. She is patient, knowledgeable, and communicative and I feel so grateful to have worked with her. I just closed on my very first house, and thus needed a bit of hand-holding to get through the process. My sister does non-profit law and used to sue banks for illegal foreclosure practices, so I was a bit wary of using a mortgage broker or a bigger bank. I assumed I would work with my credit union for the loan. Still, I've read about how important it is to receive quotes from a few lenders before committing, so upon my realtor's suggestion, I included Kathleen in the list of quotes I sought out. After speaking with a few lenders, it was clear that Kathleen was head and shoulders above the others. She patiently and kindly walked me through her entire quote, breaking down and explaining all the closing costs and fees to me. She never once pressured me to work with her (something some other lenders did after spending the time to give me quotes). If I had a question, she was easy to get in touch with, even during evenings or weekends. And I certainly had a lot of questions! This was the biggest reason I went with Kathleen over the credit union--I couldn't ask questions of the credit union unless it was between 9 and 4 M-F. Plus the lender there just didn't seem nearly as knowledgeable/organized as Kathleen. I know this company will probably sell our mortgage in a month or two and we'll be dealing with some place other than PRMI, but working with Kathleen through the purchase and closing was SUCH a pleasure. Everything went so smoothly!!!
