Walked into the store and waited a while without any acknowledgement of staff (there were 2 employees present). Be mindful if you don't look a certain way, they may not want your money.

This apparel store in Kenilworth is definition of antiquated. It offers clothing geared towards older women with some home accessories. We tried to buy a Christmas ornament and were appalled by the glacial pace of customer service. There was only one person in front of us and we waited for over 15 min despite there being 2 employees. Their excuse was having only 1 cash register and they didn't even try to accommodate us. Save your money and go to Poppy and Stella that has entered the 21st century offering Apple Pay.

Just walked into this establishment...for the very first time...like just now....how do you work in customer service and someone looks right at you..as you enter...as they are steaming clothes....AND THEY STILL DON’T say Hello? Unbelievable....I will continue to walk by this store...straight to Trader Joe’s.....7/27/20..12:23pm...

Picked up an item I had ordered. Helpful and friendly staff. Order took longer than expected and I was given a discount card on a future purchase. Much appreciated.

I have been to the one in Wenham MA. I bought several items that were simply Irresistible, including a beautiful pair of Christmas earrings. The clerk told me that they were non returnable unless they were defective. So they do let you know!

I purchased Judith Vos earrings for full price on a Sunday at this store. But decided when I brought them home, the color wasn't flattering. Two days later I went to return them with store receipt and tags in place so I obviously didn't wear them. I was told I could not return them as all jewelry was non returnable. I was not aware of this. Also there was a sign facing the back of the store which I did not see with merchandise return policy. Clothing can be returned but I didn't see the very end of the notice which said all jewelry was not returnable. I am very careful to wait a day or so to buy anything that isn't returnable to make sure I want to keep it. But I was not aware that jewelry is not returnable. Even though I went to the Judith Voss website and if I had purchased the earrings there, I could return them. Buyer beware!! Small print on the receipt at the bottom said all jewelry was not returnable. I have been a shopper for many years but have never encountered not being able to return full price, not final sale, jewelry. It would have been nice if the sales people could at least alert me of this policy. Irresistables will not get my business again. They have lost a customer. So I have to give them the lowest star possible.

Friendly and professional sales staff! Very clean store. The sales staff is very accommodating, and makes an effort to remember customers. It doesn't matter if you are a twenty-something or an older lady, you can always find something here!
