“Good place to buy your mechanical tools. I think they should have more hands to help customers find what they want to buy. I moved around too much before I found what i wanted but good experience”
“I'm always so grateful for Falkenhan's. The staff are incredibly helpful and go miles beyond what is necessary to make sure you get what you need. Today one staff member came up with a brilliant solution to a challenge I was facing - I would never have thought of it myself! Come to Falkenhand's for a far better hardware shopping experience than big box stores and online.”
“They do Notary which is a big help since the library no longer does it. So until things happen to change, it's most appreciated. Now all that's needed is a fax machine in the nearby area because it is requested a lot for people who come way across town to use fax services.”

“As an electrical contractor we use Shepherd electric for a lot of our material purchases. Our rep, Gary, is great! He stops in and checks if we need assistance every week like clockwork. He is always friendly and very knowledgeable. Their prices are very competitive and the service is top notch. Highly recommended.”
“Came looking for replacement handle for a tool I've had for fifty years, but was not in stock personnel was able to order and I'll be whole in a week. Very helpful staff.”
“I bought a 56” roller cab at the Parkville store and had it delivered to the store. Everyone there was very helpful with the whole process. I chose this store after having difficulty with the employees in Edgewood. When I picked up the tool box, Evan at the store helped me load it into the truck. He even climbed in the back with me and helped squeeze it in. I definitely would not have been able to get it loaded without his help. I will be taking my business there from now on because of their great customer service.”
“The Hardware store is a life Saver, when trying to complete a plumbing job that needs quality parts, and is within a couple of miles the Staff was friendly and knowledgable”
“Very nice local business. The owner was very helpful and friendly. What is nice is they repair screens. Not too many places do that anymore. If you are looking to shop for hardware, please check out this place. They also make keys here. Prices are reasonable.”
“Since Sears and Montgomery Ward.have either gone defunct or into the catalog fog, Harbor Freight has been my go for tools.
The warranties are as good or better than my previous sources and there are numerous locations to pick up my tool needs. Frankly the tools are quite good and occasionally they provide major sales and discounts. Predator generators are durable, efficient and highly rated. All in all I think Harbor Freight and its tools are a very good value”
“I came in looking for a magnetic to try to get my charger out of my phone charger port because it broke and git stuck in it and Daniel helped me got it out and fixed it I'm truly thankful for that”

12126 Long Green Pike, Glen Arm“This is the small local hardware store that blows the big box stores away. Joe, Eric and Mitch have all the answers for plumbing, electrical and landscaping supplies. Mitch is top notch
mechanic. He did the annual service on my zero turn and did more than expected compared to the big tractor shops. Glad you are here in Glen Arm.”

10912 York Rd #100, Cockeysville“I had an exceptional experience with Costello's Ace Hardware store. I purchased a Blackstone Grill the weekend after Memorial Day, and they delivered it on Sunday, less than 24 hours after I placed my order.
The service exceeded my expectations in several ways:
* They delivered the grill fully assembled.
* Instead of just dropping it at my door, they placed it on my deck.
* They even handed me a battery for the starter, explaining that they often receive calls from customers who don't realize a battery is needed.
The entire process was seamless and thoughtful. The delivery team was professional and attentive. I was so impressed with their service that I tipped them. Highly recommended!”
“I just stopped in the store to try to figure out how to repair a faucet at my house. Kary was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. It was just so appreciated. This place is awesome for your plumbing and bathroom and kitchen needs. Highly recommend.”
“I love the carriage house shop in the back. They have a nice selection of unique handmade and fair trade items, like home and garden decor, kitchen towels and table cloths, gloves, robes, rugs and more! A small shop but jam packed.”
6AM - 5PM
4321 Fitch Ave, Baltimore“So close to my house and didn’t know it wasn’t just for contractors had 4 inch baseboard Home Depot and Lowe’s didn’t for way cheaper and it wasn’t MDF!! The warehouse guy shrink wrapped it all and helped me get 5 16’ pieces of baseboard in my truck couldn’t be more pleased”
9AM - 6PM
6801 York Rd, Baltimore“Vince... a very gregarious and knowledge owner/salesperson. It was a pleasure visiting his store for the first time and meeting him. I learned it was a family business that he's now run for decades. The store is packed to the ceiling and displayed attractively out front, with just about everything you'd need/expect in a hardware store (not lumber yard.)I'd called in and he was able to salvage the correct part for my lawn mower from one that was located "out back." He saved me approx. $20 by getting me the handle I needed, which didn't have it's own individual part number, without having to by the whole self-propel control unit.I will return.”
“Visited this store on Friday afternoon (3/24/23). Andy greeted me with a smile and was excited to help. I didn't leave with any parts/order cause there isn't a Grainger store close to home. So I need to do some more information gathering on my end to figure out my exact part. Then I can place an order. Andy was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone. Grainger should be pleased he has chosen to work at Grainger.”
9:30AM - 6:30PM
2407 E Monument St, Baltimore“This place is okay for pawning but they really give you the lowest amount of money possible but they do take more stuff than most pawn shops in the area. And if you're late on picking up an item you pawned they will work with you and hold it and just charge you extra money rather than putting it out right after 30 days and you losing you're item.”
“Nice friendly staff .Found what I was looking for & they were the only store within a 50 mile radius that had the item. Its not much parking because of the location but overall good experience because I went early in the morning”
