We just had the worst experience in a Sunday afternoon !! Two staff members called me and another shopper ( So Rude ) loud out in the store in front of other customers Cz we asked if we can have someone at register to help check us out after we’ve already been waiting for 10 minutes! We left the stuff at the register and they still yelled ( SO RUDE ) … staff definitely needs customer service training even if they’re attending at the least fortunate customers they can not treat people this way!!!!!!!!

I want to share my bad experience with Goodwill. Yesterday, I found a table priced at $20 and asked the staff if they could hold it for me since I couldn’t transport it immediately. They said they don’t hold items, so I planned to come back later or the next day if it was still available. When I returned today with a bigger vehicle, I found that the price had been increased to $40.
When I asked the manager about the price change, she blamed it on the manager from the previous day and refused to take any responsibility, insisting I pay the new price.
This is completely unfair and unprofessional. I traveled 40 minutes just to face this kind of treatment. I want to warn others to be cautious when shopping here, as they engage in such unfair practices.

Rude and discriminatory behavior.
My mom has visited this store twice, and both times, she was treated poorly by an employee. She doesn’t speak English, and during her first visit, she struggled to understand the cashier's request for a credit card. Instead of assisting her kindly, another employee—who wore a red wig—rudely waved a card in her face.
On her second visit, she asked to see a pair of shoes from the showcase. The same employee became visibly frustrated, and when she finally understood, she aggressively tossed the shoes toward my mom and slammed them on the counter. That is no way to treat a customer.
I called the store to report this, but the manager insisted they needed the employee’s name—even though there are multiple complaints about the same person with a clear description. Why does it take a receipt to address consistent bad behavior?
No customer should be treated this way, regardless of language barriers. Respect should be a basic expectation in any business.

Overpriced and rude people working there. Manager had to be called for a return that i just bought and she got into a huff because i had the nerve to change my mind on a dish. Then insisted on combing through my receipt to make sure i paid for everything that i already bought. Also- don’t forget to bring your own bags of course-AND newspaper or whatever else, if your buying anything breakable. But most importantly-always “remind” whoever is checking you out-that you have the Goodwill card, where as you get points/money off, the more you spend. There’s certain cashiers there that “forget” to ask.

A relatively clean space, very sparse in all categories of selection.

Some stores are not well organized. Some racks are half full and others are stuffed. Place all same price together, instead of mixing them up, get rid of the loyalty program and reduce the prices.

The cashier was so patronizing for no good reason. The check-out area was empty and she was doing nothing, so I asked very nicely if I could leave 1 bowl at the desk until I was done shopping. Before I could even finish asking she cut me off and said, “No you cannot! You’re going to carry that bowl with you!” There are so many nicer ways to say the same thing. I’ve left fragile items at the register before at other Goodwill locations without issue. Regardless, her tone was arrogant. I think she thought I was a child and that she could get away with taking a condescending tone with me. Totally unnecessary and soiled the experience.

Well organized store. Polite and attentive service. I didn't find the book I was looking for, but the variety is considerable.

This review is for the Donation Center only. I visited during my lunch hour on a Wednesday, and it was quite busy. Expect to wait in your car for at least 20 minutes. You can stay in your vehicle while they unload your items from the trunk. The only downside was the wait time.
It's a one-lane waiting line, so it's best to come when you don't have to be anywhere soon. If you need to leave and there's no one behind you, you can reverse out of the line, though I wouldn't recommend this for safety reasons.
If you have clothes to donate, they have a clothing donation bin in the Wells Fargo parking lot down the street.

It's ok. Typical messy goodwill with nothing but junk and the occasional cool find. Does have a decent selection of clothing.
