I discovered my windshield smashed on Saturday evening. I wasn't able to get through any replacement companies because it was the weekend. Monday morning, three companies said Tuesday. While talking to a Glass America dispatcher, she changed appt. from Tuesday til later that day. Boy was I happywell, the rainy weather stopped that from happening. I had to wait until the next day.James arrived by 12:15 and was done a little over an hour.James was very polite (loved his manners), meticulous and professional.I gave 4*s only if there's to be any problems with the workmanship later down the road.My only disappointment was being told to expect someone anytime between 9-5The good thing they're keep you updated for an arrival timeOtherwise 5***Picing so much better than their competitors

Debbie set up the appointment and Bill performed the work. They were both professional and amazing to work with. Much better experience than with the competition. Update: Unfortunately I had to take some stars away because I found out after the fact Bill reinstalled the wipers arms wrong (left on the right side, right on the left side) and it damaged my hood. Of coarse now I am stuck with the hood repair costs over sloppy workmanship.

So often we complain when we receive poor service yet fail to recognize excellence in service when we receive it. I want to take this opportunity to recognize Glass America for the EXCEPTIONAL service I received in the repair of the back window of my Ford Explorer. Having contracted with a previous company that scheduled an appointment that took 5 days for an appointment- day of appointment brought the wrong glass- and informed me it would take another 5 days to reschedule. Contact with my insurance company followed with a recommendation to Glass America. Contact was made yesterday and by 12:30 this afternoon my Glass was replaced. Not only was I pleased with the replacement the technician cleaned all remaining Glass from my trunk and left the automobile in pristine condition. Please extend my heartfelt appreciation to the Technician and the young lady who took my initial call. HATS OFF GLASS AMERICA WELL DONE.

The technician did a great job. Keith was punctual and courteous. I am very pleased with the work and appreciate how he cleaned up all the glass fragments in my car. The cost was quite lower than other companies that I got quotes from. I also appreciate that I could speak to an actual person to get a quote and didn’t have to make all the arrangements online.

Keith worked with me to get my rear lift gate glass replaced. When he came to my home he didn't have all of the tools. So he worked on my car overnight at his shop. Looks great and a good price. Couldn't be happier.

Got a full windshield replacement. Competitive price and quick turnaround. George the technician discovered a defective part on the new windshield. He finished the rest of his route and came back later with a new windshield. The install was quick, clean, and finished with a perfect fit.
