I've tried Walgreens then CVS before coming to Giant. The other 2 always looked chaotic and understaffed. CVS also had issues with my insurance that undermined my prescribed dosage. My doctor couldn't figure out why. So I tried Giant (I like a drive thru but value consistent good service more). I'm so glad I did! They give timely and multiple notifications, fast efficient service and everything is so orderly! There is NEVER any fumbling around to see which shelf, bin or pile your medicine is in. If you are someone who needs a prescription filled on a regular basis, this Giant location will not disappoint.

Was in store to do this weeks deal, which started on Thursday (buy 3 save $20). Side note: was at the store wed night to make sure they had the product I needed, which i was told the did). So on Thursday when I get to the store, I go to pick up my detergent using the new cards that they have. I go to the register to complete my purchase. An associate comes to grabs the cards to get the items from the back because thats when they are now being kept. She comes back out and she now has to refund me because they don't have the items. Now this was the whole reason for coming in the night before so I wouldn't have the issue. They can't properly give me the refund because I used a coupon. I'm literally in the store almost an hour after I made the purchase. Now the thing with these cards that are in place of the item, I was told by management that if the cards were there, the item will be in the back. Well they had cards ( sracks and stack of cards) but no product. It was a mess

Made me wait 20 minutes for my daughter’s prescription to be “ready” only to tell me to wait again for them to mix it… so what did I wait for the first time? Incompetent service.

This place is a trip if I ever been fooled. They act like they know what they are doing but don't even understand English. The black lady up front is a uncle Sam as a Karen she act like she helping black people just to make them wait longer then the white ?❄️ people. I only came her to pick up my med twice and both time got in too it with the same lady .The pharmacist are no help either they act like they better then you and do not help you get your medicine. I can't believe they have a place like this in Baltimore.

Customer service/satisfaction is never a priority at this pharmacy. I stopped using this location some time ago but I have a cousin who needs me to retrieve their medications. More often than not mistakes are made and scripts are not fully/properly filled. This results in multiple trips after they have notified you to pick up your meds. You'd do better using Walmart.

I WAS A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 20 YRS WITH NO PROBLEM.I PLACED A REFILL LAST WEEK. WHEN I WENT YESTERDAY ABOUT 5: 00 PM TO PICK UP MY MEDICATION, I WAS TOLD TO COME THE FOLLOWING DAY FOR WAS NOT READY.WHEN I WENT TODAY, IT WAS NOT READY. THE FEMALE DESK CLERK DOES NOT PASIC UNDERSTANDING WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE OF I DON'T CARE. NO APOLOGY FOR THE DELAY. ETC. SO SAD

If you looking for great customer service definitely don't go to this Giant pharmacy. I feel like when they are on the phone with a customer they are violating their HIPAA rights by repeating their name repeating their birthday and repeating the medication. Great customer service is little to none here please be advised to protect your peace don't go to this pharmacy.Update still the same old unprofessionalismThis pharmacy customer skills is horrible to say the least. They are violating everybody HIPPA rights everyday! It is so many rights being violated it's unbelievable. They should not be repeating the medication that a customer is receiving. You should not be asking for vital information loudly between the partition like that. I can't believe they are getting away with this. The pharmacist on the weekends are horrible the ones in the evening are just as bad

Clean restroom and fresh deli meats. Baked goods always fresh. Customer service good and cashier was friendly. Need more handicap parking.
