Always encounter great customer service here. Employees are more than willing to help you in any way they can. Store is also quite loaded with clothes.

I love the Gap and have been shopping here for years. I just wish they would bring the clothing online into the store. I can hardly shop in the store anymore because it's super boring. Online is better.

I will not return to that store. I bought something online and it didn't fit me well so I went to exchange it at this store because the manager didn't want to exchange it just because I didn't have the Ticket locked. But I had the receipt that they sent me online that didn't seem enough. Anywhere else They will change anything with that receipt. Except this store. And returning it by mail is very difficult.
