The problem is there is only 5 stars. This company should get 10 stars on a scale of 5 stars! Jess always delivers above expectations! Her ideas and thoughts are usually above anything I have had in mind for the better. I run a company of 100 service Technicians she has them all looking sharp and professional. You must use Fully Promoted in Towson for your company needs!

I came in to order shirts for my business and they have a great selection in their show room to touch and feel. Everyone was very knowledgeable. They gave me a step-by-step the whole process. The end result was beautiful. I’m a happy customer! I highly recommend Fully Promoted for all of your branding needs.

Fully Promoted has been and always will be my go to for all business apparel. I ordered an alumni mug from my high school on October 30, 2022. According to the webpage the orders were to stop on November 6. Apparently they stopped on November 13. I received no notification regarding the status of my order from fully promoted. I contacted them on December 6 to find out the status of my order for I had not received anything from Fully Promoted. I was told at that time that they had not received enough orders for the product I had wanted and they were contacting my high school regarding how they wanted to handle it. I was also told that I would receive notification that day in an email re my order status. I received no notification that day, nor any notification prior to that. I called again on December 12 and was told that there were not enough orders so my money would be refunded. This was a Christmas gift for a dear friend of mine. It is now too late to do a special order from another company. The company should have notified me immediately when they were not enough orders for my order to be fulfilled. They knew on November 13th. that they did not have enough orders and did not communicate this information to me. I had to call them, twice! to get any information. This is extremely poor customer service!! I tried unsuccessfully to submit this review not clicking any stars because I believe that is what the review should have.

Monica is a total rockstar! She does a great job with custom orders, high volume and quick turn around times. Most of all she pays close attention to detail and offers solutions around unique products and logo placement. Highly recommend!!
