It is never a good feeling to spend money somewhere where the customer service is LACKING. These employees were so involved in their conversations amongst themselves that they could barely help us. I certainly would have bought another pair of shoes and even apparel had the “employees” actually done their job.
I definitely won’t be back.

be mindful when you are purchasing shoes from this location, we purchased a pair of dunks online for instore pick up, the girl gave us a box that said 10.5 and when we got home and realized the shoes in the box was a size 10 we tried to return them thinking it was a simple mistake come to find out they sold us some fake shoes and now we are stuck with a fake pair of shoes and cannot get a refund, exchange or an apology

Customer service was pretty bad . I was never greeted when I walked in. Some girl with red hair and glasses was super unprofessional my daughter asked for help with a shoe and she in return asked if anyone was waiting on her then walked away . When she did return she said they didn’t have the shoe even though the display was the size we needed I brought that to her attention then she went back and found the shoes and dropped them off at the counter. No thanks for coming , have a nice day your shoes are up their nothing. they were extremely slow checking out and they had no line. I will never shop here again.

Sell the items online that are not in their inventory!!!! This is the most ridiculous lie I had ever heard. After 10 days processing time they simply cancel your order that supposed to be a birthday gift to our daughter. Called the store - never phone was answered.... Customer service not better careless and rude.

I like that when I go into Finish line, that someone will approach me and is ready to assist me, I don't have to look for someone to assist me. I was in and out the shoe store In under 15 minutes for my son's. Not to mention the rewards that finish line has, love that part too!!!

Usually carries some hard to find gear. Decent prices and the staff is always friendly! It's just one of those stores you have to stop in when going through the mall.

Peace & Blessings! F1RST and foremost, please everyone across the ( GLOBE ? ) continue to practice SAFETY while we're still living in a Pandemic of COVID-19/Coronavirus! Actually, just continue to practice SAFETY throughout ( life ). Now, here are my reasons for giving a 5☆ rating: Staff were wearing mask ? at ALL ( times ), Staff were friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable, store was clean and neat, reasonable prices and good sales, I made more than a few purchases since Sat.( 10-30-2021 ) at the WHITEMARSH MALL location because, it appears that they get ( certain merchandise ) before the TOWSON MALL location. I like the WHITEMARSH MALL location much better than the TOWSON MALL location. By the way, the 5☆ rating is SPECIFICALLY for the WHITEMARSH MALL location!

From my personal experience I can tell you that Mrs. Sandra Billy is one of the best binary options/forex managers I have met in a while. I had lost over $3000on the advice of managers who have little to no experience. Today I remain grateful to MRS. Sandra Billy, for coming through for me during my early days of trials and errors.
