“When I went in, I got an immediate greeting and offer of assistance from Matt. I took him up on this right away as I knew I wanted to hear the Laney Gh50L I bought. I tried it out with Epiphone Riviera that was in another finish (Royal Tan) from the Red one I’d bought the week before at another store. Almost as an afterthought, I got the eq pedal.

“This store has been so helpful over the years. I have gone to this store since they initially opened about 9 years ago. I get my car key fob batteries replaced with the unlimited replacement plan which is a great deal, especially for keyless fobs which expire often enough.
They’re quick and helpful with car batteries too. I love that they install the battery and take care of recycling the old one!
I’ve gotten about 4 phone screens replaced here which is a much easier and faster process than using the Apple Store.
They are also very thorough in communicating what is and is not covered in replacements and services. There’s no guess work or confusion, the clarity is so appreciated. Every visit has been great- the staff are friendly and knowledgeable!”
“Great work done with great care! I received a firm, timely estimate before work began on a studio monitor and a cassette deck. I received a promise that if repairs were not possible or satisfactory I would not be charged, not even for the diagnosis. The estimate was spot on and I was updated at every stage of the repair. More than once I was asked if the cost seemed appropriate and manageable. I'm a fussy, old professional musician/audio guy, in love with my "vintage" gear. Having been hustled in almost every state, I'm naturally leery so I phoned all over the city. Imagine my joy in finding a shop peopled by humans as particular as I am. My gear was in the hands of Marshall, an excellent audio technician. Don't put your gear in the hands of indifferent automatons. (Plenty of those around.) They assigned the repair to Advance Video, and to say the least I was a little skeptical since I never heard of them.
