This dollar tree has a great selection, but good luck finding anything bc it’s usually such a mess. However, my main reason for the low rating is bc after walking around for a while & not finding what I was looking for, I decided to just go. As I’m walking out & getting in my car, the manager on duty (I’m assuming) pulls out her phone & takes a picture of me getting in my car bc I guess she thought I stole the stuff I had been carrying around when I, in fact, put it all back where I got it before leaving.

The absolute worst customer service. Stood in line for over 20 mins. Only two cashiers in the entire store, lines all the way down the aisle. When I get to the cash register, I ask for several ballons and was told that I had to see if they had the ballons. I found the ballons I wanted and stood in line and once I got to the register, I was told that I couldn't get the ballons until they were blown up and that I had to get out of line again to have someone else blow up the ballons. I will never shop in Dollar Tree again! Customer service is everything and that was ridiculous! Please don't waste your hard earned money shopping in a store where they don't value their customers!

This place is great. They have a little of everything & the selection is nice. Tonight a young lady who I believe is named Jineah went out of her way to provide truly excellent customer service & I definitely appreciated it. She was kind, friendly, personable & totally professional in how she handled things & given that, especially in this day & age, such behavior is increasingly rare she definitely made a positive impression upon me. She's an asset to this business (the sort of person who brings back repeat customers, especially the elderly or the disabled which both apply to me) so I respectfully suggest that the owner or manager (if not both) of this store please find some way to reward or, at least, publicly recognize this valuable employee. Thank you.

As I was in line to a register that had a light on, she shut her light off and said that she could not ring me up. All of my items were already unloaded on the belt as well when her light was on. Another person came over and said she’s off its 5p. Actually, it’s 5:50 PM as I write this so if she was supposed to be off at five, then she’s already working past her time. Instead of ringing my items up, which were already on the lane and I was already in line. They decided to deny me service I left my items on the belt and I walked out. I drive 20 minutes out the way to come to this location because it’s my favorite. Never again.
