i visited dollar tree and was amazed by the amazing customer service worker Mechelle. she was soo friendly and helped me find everything i needed bc i was so lost in that store. she deserves a major raise for all she did!!!

The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! If you ask for help, or god forbid a balloon, they’re huffing and puffing as if you ruined their day.. The cashier had the audacity to say “please don’t waste my time”.. This location clearly needs help.

The Dollar Tree at Loch Raven and Taylor has bad management. It's one of the worst Dollar Tree I have been in. The shelf's are bare and there's no good merchandise in the store. I was in a Dollar Tree in Westminster today, they were fully stock and had everything you would want. It was a nice put together store. Can't say that about Dollar Tree on Loch Raven. Trifling mess.

I just had to leave a review. I bought a few things for a trip and my paper bag broke and I spilled everything, everywhere. The staff was super nice and patient to my daughter and I, even another employee came out of nowhere and helped me clean up the mess I made. I was so impressed by the staff today, please keep it up and thank you so much.
Good customer service is so hard to find these days ….❤️?
