The customer service at this location is HORRIBLE! If you ask for help, or god forbid a balloon, they’re huffing and puffing as if you ruined their day.. The cashier had the audacity to say “please don’t waste my time”.. This location clearly needs help.

The Dollar Tree at Loch Raven and Taylor has bad management. It's one of the worst Dollar Tree I have been in. The shelf's are bare and there's no good merchandise in the store. I was in a Dollar Tree in Westminster today, they were fully stock and had everything you would want. It was a nice put together store. Can't say that about Dollar Tree on Loch Raven. Trifling mess.

I just had to leave a review. I bought a few things for a trip and my paper bag broke and I spilled everything, everywhere. The staff was super nice and patient to my daughter and I, even another employee came out of nowhere and helped me clean up the mess I made. I was so impressed by the staff today, please keep it up and thank you so much.
Good customer service is so hard to find these days ….❤️?

At the beginning of my visit I was pleased that this location was well stocked, my positive take quickly turned. The shelves were overstocked which resulted in many trip/fall hazards and customers constantly running over product with their carts as the navigated the store. I picked up some products from the clearance section before I hit the checkout just to be told that the items were not actually meant to be in the clearance, even though 50+ of that item was located there. The manager flat out refused to speak to me, much like an obstinacy child would. I walked out without buying anything because I am not going to patronize such an I’ll run store. Take that for what you will.

I'd honestly rate this Dollar Tree at a **3.5**Their stock varies every time I visit the store. Sometimes the shelves are filled completely, yet other times they are very scarce.They do have a large variety of certain items, but none with others.I could not find any dog food at all, only a couple treatsThey have a very few snacks available
