“I came to the store to see if they carried any B&T sizes for men, primarily. I did not see much for me, and there was no particular area for B&T that I could see. I looked at a few racks, but got discouraged by the disarray. I wish it was better sorted. I did continue to look around and bought a few other things, but left without any clothing”
“Love what I'm able to find & buy at this location. I found a pair of Tom Ford Sunglasses and a nylon Longchamp crossbody bag. Additionally other well priced items along with this adventure. Also never an issue with returns or going cardless.”
“It's hard to find engaged and helpful workers these days. Fatou was working in the jewelry department at the Macy's in Towson and not only did she help me pick out the perfect birthday gift for my daughter, she took the time to gift wrap each of them. I've shopped at Macy's for over 30 years and this is the best service I have received hands down. Thanks Fatou!!!!”

“Tamika at Towson is the best of the best for customer service. I have been using a cane because of foot surgery and I asked if I could push the shopping cart out to the mall door. It was difficult carrying a shopping bag with the cane. Tamika immediately said that an alarm would go off if I took the cart out of Nordstrom. She then , also immediately , offered to come with me and bring the cart back to the store. I have not seen customer service like this for a long time. Tamika made today a wonderful experience. Kudos to her and to the Nordstrom management for having such fine employees.”
“Clean and spacious department store located inside Towson Town Center. Amazing cafe with delicious food and bakery items. Wide selection of clothing, shoes, housewares and gifts. Decently friendly staff.”

This location has been fine, generally neat and well stocked, and the workers are usually okay - though Macy's doesn't have enough of them. Recently I needed help in the Intimate Apparel department and a worker in a wheelchair (yea! diversity!) was very informed. My spouse and I use Macys.com often as well, with no problems.”

“Shout out to Target for the super fast curbside pick up today. I have NEVER in my existence, anywhere, received an order so quickly. I typically despise downloading apps, but you need to do it in order to use curbside. BEST DECISION EVERYou have to click the app to let them know you're on the way. Welp, I'm literally pulling into a space, not a designated one mind you, because those are all taken. Anywho, I didn't even get the gear in park and an employee was at my car window. So after being scared to death I was highly impressed. I went from to The employee told me they have gps to see our movement. Needless to say, I'm never going inside a Target again. I'm a Curbsider For Life”
