This store is absolutely disgusting. I would buy anything food or drink items from this store. Mold in the refrigerator where the beverages are. I’ve written to corporate. This is sickening.

Tried to purchase items for pick up. Before I click the checkout, it said the order is ready for today's pick up. After I checked out, it said it's ready for next day. So unreliable! Went to store and saw the items. Asked the people here but received no customer care at all, just told me the items are not ready for pick up today. But I am literally there and the items are there and there are really no other customers!

I want to take the time and thank the pharmacy staff for helping me. I been here several times at different parts of the day. Each time I was helped, treated with respect and able to get my prescription. One time a pharmacist has stayed past his break to help me with a prescription and I really appreciate it because I was in pain and not feeling well that day.Also I was a little frustrated because the pharmacist was having problems processing my prescription. He was able to resolve the issue and I greatly appreciated! Another time I had a pharmacist caught a high dose of a medication . I also greatly appreciated that.
I’ve been through drive thru and each time the employee was helpful.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I waited for 45 min and they made a mistake processing and then said to get back at the end of the line bc it would take too long for them to fix their mistake. I said no and they said ok well then you’ll make everybody wait I said wait I came from the er I have an infant with me and you made the mistake! I don’t understand. Never ever again.

The team members are so helpful here. Many items are behind locked glass doors, so you have to get someone to open them. Twice, I did and the team members didn't act put out or unwilling. They were courteous and even asked questions so I would get exactly the item I wanted.

Had an on-time and helpful visit to treat a sore throat on Sunday morning, May 12. The practicioner was polite, knowledgeable, punctual and provided a helpful treatment course.

I switched to this CVS location as the cvs I was formerly dealing with was wrought with absolutely the worse customer service! They were downright rude! Understaffed and poorly managed, I transferred my prescriptions to this location- which is marginally better, but still grossly understaffed and poorly managed. The app doesn’t work properly ( which I have reported to corporate) it reports prescriptions ready for pick up when they are not and many other big problems. I downright hate having to use this pharmacy and am currently looking for another more efficient option. You have to schedule prescription pick up in your calendar as it takes so long. They also cannot seem to coordinate multiple prescription refills. They cannot get my co pay card information correct, so every bloody time I pick up one of my meds I have to go inside the store wait in the long queue AGAIN and have this whole conversation with the pharmacist AGAIN. WTH??? I don’t have time for this inefficiency. And , just because of their “tactics” I ban all other purchases at CVS. This is by design people. They want to keep you hanging around so you can make impulse purchases…..THIS is why we have to wait so damn long to pick up our prescriptions. I’m tired of this game.
