“My 11 year old ASUS laptop has had many issues over time. It was 'refreshed' 7 years ago by another repair service and worked well enough, but in time the keyboard and track pad stopped working. In the last year, regardless of all I could do to clean it up, it was horribly slow and the 'blue screen of almost death' was more frequent. The last straw was a cracked screen. Restore did a thorough evaluation, recommended options and provided set costs. After the fact, several issues were repaired without a need for parts, saving me money. “These guys are my local IT supplier and they are fantastic. Used equipment is the way to go if you know what you are doing. It is far cheaper and better for the environment. So far we have spent less then 5k on a setup that would have cost over 10 times that new just three years ago. Plus with these guys, the firmware is always updated, tested, and factory reset. As for price, I've not found better, anywhere. I usually check ebay and other sites before buying and so far I've almost always gone with instock901 when they had what I needed. The only thing I wish they would do is open their warehouse to shopping. I've been inside and let me tell you, its nuts the amount of stuff they have.”

“Brought some old devices to the Apple Store for Apple credit after we purchased new phones through our carrier. My wife and I didn't wait long until we asked by Phoenix, an Apple associate to assist. He was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive, taking the time to diagnose easy device to determine how much credit we were getting. After receiving the Apple credits, we purchased some accessories with the credit and left out completely satisfied with the experience! Pleasantly surprised with the attention he provided and appreciated his wealth of knowledge! Kudos to Apple for having Phoenix on their staff!”
