This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The manager was incredibly rude and there were roaches in the bathroom. Absolutely unacceptable experience; do not stay here.

Tub has a hole in it, the bathroom in general is disgusting, and cockroaches what more needs to be said. I know manager wouldn't refund with a three day notice. Don't be fooled this is the worst comfort inn I've ever stayed at.

My family woke to squeaking beneath our beds. See attached videos of several mice in our room eating whatever WASN'T vacuumed prior to our checking in. Management did NOT issue a refund. Disgusting. I could go on forever about this shameful representation of our visit to Maryland, but sadly you can get that from all the other reviews as well. Shame on you, Comfort Inn, for allowing your moniker to be used here. It's a complete head-scratcher the city health department (or whatever governing body) allows this place to exist.*The video cut @ 30 seconds, leaving out 2 other smaller mice & a panning close-up of the telephone with the Comfort Inn Towson address on it.

0/0 STARS for this dirty place!This place gets NO STARS! I booked a stay at Comfort Inn with my family 2 weeks ago. Upon entering my room, there were roaches in my sink.The room was old and dirty looking! This was all I needed to see for me to tell my family that we were not staying. This hotel is outdated and dirty. The hallway lighting is dull and old. I asked for a refund and went to a better hotel that was about 15 minutes away. It was well worth the drive staying at a different hotel with much better accommodations. When I checked my bank account the next morning I was charged for 2 nights when I only spent about 20 minutes in The Comfort Inn because it was a long line to check in. It took 10 days to get the refund credited to my account. If you don’t want to bring roaches home with you I would not stay here! I guess you get what you pay for! Never again!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Unfortunately this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. I rarely ever write reviews on here but I had a music competition at Towson university the next day. When I got in my room there was hair in the bed and these bugs with antennas. I called the front desk to bring this to their attention and they gave me a new room.. fine. I went to my new room and as I was settling and it was a little better but then I noticed again two of the same bugs. I called the front desk asking what was going on and why I’m finding these bugs everywhere, and apparently they have an infestation through the air vents and there’s nothing that they can do. That’s not comforting to know. I also needed an extra towel and called the front desk about it and they said they had no towels. I was pretty shocked as hotels should have extra stuff on hand, right???? Finally after 2 1/2 hours of me calling, they gave me an extra towel. I went to bed at 12 because I had an early morning the next day and there were guests outside in the hallways that were talking so loud, slamming doors, partying and yelling. I was too scared to go outside to tell them to stop because I’m not from this country, so I called the front desk three times. The first time the front desk said he’d send someone up, second time he said the same thing. Third time we’re getting at 4 AM now and I was begging him please can you do something because it is so loud and I can’t sleep… and he just stayed silent on the phone and didn’t respond to me. This hotel is a dive, and it’s disgusting. It’s clearly not properly cleaned, there are bugs everywhere, there’s mould in some places I saw in the room. The pictures on any website are lying and unfortunately I did not get a good sleep for my competition the next day. I’ve never had a hotel experience like this where the staff just did not care. I’ll be calling Comfort Inn offices to complain and hopefully I can get my money back. I was supposed to stay another night, but checked out early because of how horrible it was. I also found a total of 5 bugs…..I told front desk about my stay and they really don’t care. It’s clear the workers gave up. I’m really surprised because comfort inn hotels are usually good but I guess not this location..

I just confirmed via test that I am positive with Covid. Near the end of my work day started getting symptoms. Being just after the cancellation window I decided to try and call them myself for manual cancellation since I don’t want to get anyone sick but no answer and seemingly goes to a number as if it’s someone disconnected personal line.I even called Choice Hotel’s customer service who has been extremely helpful and even they could not get through so they sent an email. The least I’m looking for is something reasonable so I am not paying for a stay I morally cannot do for other’s safety at this point.Hoping someone contacts me sometime today but as of now since I and even he could not reach anyone I have to give the service 1 star. They don’t even have a voicemail or callback option.

Third time staying here and it seems to get a little bit worse each time. Despite the no smoking signs, the smell indicates that a lot of the guest are smoking. Place is cleaned well enough every morning, but by the end of the day, the common spaces are pretty dirty. Everything is worn, and the walls are covered in dents, stains and scuff marks. Comforter on bed had big rip in it. Found a cockroach one morning. Wifi is marginal. Staff is pleasant enough, elevators are quick and location is good for the Towson area if you have a car. Not much in walking distance. Parking is ample and easy.

Comfort Inn.. not so comfortable! I knew there was an indication when I pulled up.. that I need not stay here. I didn't even want to leave my rental outside. But I went with it. I checked in, left and came back. Upon entering the room, it was not cleaned at all. I went downstairs and advised management. I was told he would talk to housekeeping because the housekeeping supervisor had to sign off on the room. I requested another room that was clean. He guaranteed it would be cleaned. When we walked to the second room, the door was open.. the bed was made, but when I looked to the right, I saw a roach on the wall. We not staying here!!! I went back downstairs and was refunded. Never ever again!

Stay the hell away from this place! It’s a filthy mess. The sheets on the bed had cigarette burns. We checked out 10 minutes after checking in! The ceiling had water stains, ick! The bathtub coating was peeling, looks like maintenance tried to paint over it and failed miserably. If it’s comfort that you’re looking for, bypass this hole! Choice hotels gave me issues processing a refund. The family that checked in prior to us was leaving at the same time as we did!!! How revealing is that?Rooms: Disgusting. Smelled of old cigarette smoke. The linens had cigarette burns and the carpet was dank.Safety: Unsavory people were hanging around the entrance

20 minutes from Camden yards...the hotel room had an exotic air freshener smell. Bed was soft staff was as you'd expect. It's a cheap hotel with a pool. That's about it. Not sure if it's up to fire code ... Was like this upon check in assuming from a previous occupantFood & drinks: Liquor store in the adjacent parking lot made stay easier ?

Gave us a 5th floor room, but the elevator was broken for most of our stay. The whole place is damp, and smells stale and old. Our door had a metal plate slapped over a gaping hole in the door. It had been pried away and reattached. The beds had big dips and soft spots, and the internet was spotty. They were unwilling to share the ingredients of the food to avoid an allergy until I made a big deal out of it. When I asked for change to leave a tip for housekeeping the front desk refused. The hotel is poorly run, and in desperate need of refurbishment. There were clearly water leaks from a damaged roof in the hallways amd stairwells. Those leaks had simply been painted over in the rooms. The staff seemed exhausted, grumpy, and suspicious of the guests and combative/defensive about any requests. A pretty terrible experience.

From the time I checked in, stayed two nights, until I had to check out. I've witnessed and experienced so many red flags about this Hotel.1. The key card deactivates when it touches your cell phone. That happened to me twice while I was there.2. The hall ways, looked like your in the project's, dirty and dusty everywhere, including the carpet floor.3. Hand sanitizer dispenser on the halls are dirty.4. The carpet in my room had old juice stains.5. The wall paper in my room and hallways are peeling off the walls.6. I saw Roaches twice in my room.7. My desk chair had a missing wheel.8. The bathroom wooden doors, wooden frame, and closet had scratches. Looked like the wood was peeling.9. Bathroom counter dusty, the faucets wasn't cleaned correctly.10. The flat screen tv on wall didn't even view high definition.11. The sofa chair next to the bed,was a very old condition chair that had rips on it.12. In the lobby and hallways there are no smoking signs and I still smelled cigarette smoke in the hotel.13. When I was on line to check out, i witnessed a customer almost having a nervous breakdown, because the hotel was over charging her.14. They have a plastic box for people to drop off their key cards when they are checking out, with out giving a receipt. I had to ask for one, just in case they would try to over charge me.

Slept well. At first it appears quite clean but the longer I stayed the more I noticed: there are lots of little things wrong with this establishment. Little things: a couple of stains here, some damage there. A LOT of little things though. When I went to shower the water temperature was not consistent and fluctuated between lukewarm and hot. The coffee pot in the lobby only squirts out one tablespoon of coffee per pump - if I wanted a workout I would have gone to the gym. I understand that serving juice in pitchers is cheaper, but it is certainly not the cleanliness approach. The four slice toaster had one side that worked if you were willing to stand there for ten minutes, the other side didn't even get warm. Over my one night stay, I realized that this hotel does the bare minimum to appear as a good hotel. I stayed the night, but went elsewhere for breakfast.

I booked 2 rooms for myself and my crew for a few days but was forced to check out early as I was unaware that my rates included pests. My crew and I spent 2 nights listening to mice rummage through our belongings all night. When I approached the front desk I was met with indifference and insensitivity. I didn't expect them to jump through hoops for me... I did expect, at the very least, empathy and genuine concern of which I received neither. The reactions by the staff tell me that they are well aware of the rodent problem and are completely detached.When I asked for the manager's information so I could contact him directly about the issue, the individual manning the desk claimed not to know the last name. Absurd. He did share he knew his first name was Britt.I found my experience with this hotel to be EXTREMELY unsatisfactory and strongly recommend against giving them your business unless you have no issue with sharing a room with the hotels' mouse population.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for one night and I decided on this location. It was in my price range and the pictures were not awful. I did read the reviews but decided to give the hotel a chance. That was a bad decision!!! Here are the three issues I have with the hotel:1. We received a welcome into the room by a roach crawling on the wall. I tried to kill it, but it escaped me. My husband and I were so exhausted that we just wanted to go to sleep. Thankfully we did not see any others while in the process of getting ready for bed. Although I was disturbed about roaches being in the room, I was able to get some sleep (not sure how though).2. The bed felt lumpy and what they considered pillows were not! I'm not sure what they were, but it seemed like half filled pillows folded into squares.3. The bathtub seemed to have a permanent water mark aroung the bottom. The water was not flowing smoothly and would create a pool of water that came up to my ankles before my shower was complete (which I believe created the water mark). To be fair, the water did run down the drain eventually and my husband was able to take a shower without stepping Into a pool of my bath water.The overall feel of the hotel left something to be desired. The hotel is rough around the edges and need some finishing details to be completed.Needless to say, we will not be returning to this location!
