I recently shopped at Collections. I bought a Habitat sweater that I really liked. When I got home I noticed that it was $30.00 more expensive than in a catalogue that I had at home from a store in Maine. I wanted to return the sweater from Collections and buy it from the store in Maine until I saw on my Collections receipt that they do not offer refunds, only store credit. Not a very customer friendly policy!

The store's new location, still in the shops at Kenilworth, is wonderful! It is light, bright, refreshed, and scaled to compliment the unique collection of pieces the store holds. The clothes and accessories are beautifully showcased, the owner is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and the dressing rooms are immaculate. A big plus! I would recommend Collections to friends and family.

Was shopping for a nice gift for my grandmother at Collections when I noticed a worker staring at me. She then made comments about how I was probably going to “raid the store or be a disturbance” Note, I had only been browsing and hadn’t touched a single item in the whole store. I quickly left the store, which I didn’t even want to buy anything anyways because it smelled weird. Never shopping there again. Bad experience.
