This chase branch has a lot of racist employees working here. I have a total of 3 business accounts with chase and never had a problem withdrawing money from my account at any other branches . I had my ID and a few other forms of ID to verify who i was. I just didn't have my business debit cards with me at the time because i give them to my drivers for fuels and other items. Ive always been able to withdraw money as long as I had my ID with me. The teller and his manager Joshua Beckham told me they didn't feel comfortable moving forward with my withdraw from my business account because I didn't have my debit card with me. Which I find extremely odd because in the past Ive done withdraws without my debit card plenty of time in the past. I had my friend (who happens to be a caucasian female). Who also has a few business accounts with chase walk directly into the same branch with the same teller about 9 mins after I walked out and zelled the cash to her account. She was able to withdraw the money from her account without her debit card and just ID. I feel extremely belittled.I will never come to this branch.

My sister put a stop payment on a cashier's check on 4/23/24 & paid $30 to do so. After waiting 5 business days she calls to see where the refund of her money is. She was told it'll be there today or tomorrow. She doesn't accept this & asks for a manager who tells her it was done the wrong way but if she wants her money today to go into the branch. They keep putting her on hold 3 times and then hang up on her. She grabs my dad and me & goes into the Chase Bank on York Rd in Towson. The Manager says he (Jerus) says he sees where the stop payment was processed on 4/23/24 & the $30 for the stop payment was received. He says he sees that on 4/24/24 the check was negotiated (presented for payment & paid out). However, is UNWILLING TO CORRECT THE BANK ERROR. He is unwilling to give a printout of what he sees in the summary, unwilling to say if the people who cashed it banks at Chase, unwilling to say who the Regional Manager is, unwilling to say who exactly he sent some complaint he typed up to. He calls someone on the phone who tells him we should fill out some form that has NOTHING to do with why we're there. I advise my sister not to go along with that fraudulent action. If they investigate & one of those boxes is checked but has nothing to do with this then they'll close the case saying this is wrong. Why would a bank manager ask you to fill out & sign something that is FRAUDULENT? Further, the person he was speaking to on the phone had NO IDEA what he was trying to say. He had to instruct her on how to see what he was looking at on the screen. She sounded very foreign!!! I asked him to call someone else. When he finally did they weren't helpful either and he had to send them a screenshot of what he was looking at. He constantly says we can believe that he sent the information to the top of the chain BUT can't say who that would be. The rep on the phone told my sister to go to the bank if she wanted her money returned. Not only did he not return it he wouldn't share any info that gave any comfort. IF he saw and said to both people that he called "we dropped the ball" then why not give her the money back. OH I FORGOT TO MENTION THIS IS $10,500!!! If this was money owed to them they would want it immediately but when they owe it's the run around!!! She did what she was supposed to do and stopped it prior to the presentation and even paid for it. She was told by the rep who stopped it that no matter how many times it was presented it wouldn't go thru. Well how bout it did and they won't fix it!!

Terrible service. I had an appointment with Joshua Spencer 9am today. I walk in and he already is with someone. No other customers and plenty of other workers. I decided to wait. While waiting my child looks at the donuts they had in the reception and the receptionist quickly took it away. We weren’t there for donuts but I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and empathy. Anyways going back to my appointment. I waited a whole half an hour and Joshua was still busy while other staff did not have any clients. I just got up and left. I will be doing business elsewhere where they respect my time and business.

Failure, inconvenient, no real purpose. Too much hassle to open an account when I couldn't even get a temporary debit card. Useless thing, I think I will be deleting this account. The only plus was it was clean.

When it’s errand day in my family, my two young daughters’ favorite place to go is the bank. They love the colorful lollipops & being greeted by the friendly staff. Someone always makes sure to offer my girls coloring books when they are on hand as well. I love how quickly I am helped each time I visit. I recently needed some help from a banker & Jason took the time to step in & listen to my needs. Thanks for making errands around town more enjoyable for parents & kids everywhere, Chase on York!

We were well served by everyone we dealt with. My son's banking needs were unique and all the staff over the 4 appointments we had were professional, well-informed, and friendly. I definitely recommend!

I went here with my husband on January 4th because of a problem I had with my account. From the very beginning, Halle, the young lady helping us, was extremely kind, smart, and patient. She was so attentive and her positive attitude in the midst of this pandemic really brightened our spirits.

I talked to Kelsey about getting home equity line of credits for investment properties. She didn't know off the top of her head but called me back after checking. Great service and nice professional people! The interior of the branch is pretty comfy too.
