OK, looks like Schwab moved their location to along very busy Joppa Road. Would sure be nice if there was someone to pick up the phone at this branch to confirm where to park etc.

I've had to come here several times in the past two months to deal with things in person because I couldn't figure out how to do them online. (Turns out, some things can't be done online.) So I was feeling a little intimidated because of that but the two gentlemen I dealt with were helpful and didn't make me feel bad about not being able to figure it out. The first time I came in, it was about 10 minutes until they were supposed to close. The guy who helped me took me to his office where he patiently answered my questions and helped solve my problems. An African American man that was at the front desk helped me and my daughter on another occasion and then helped my spouse just yesterday. Their website is clear and fairly easy to access (except those things that can't be done online). Most of all, they were professional and accessible.

I have enjoyed every encounter at Washington Ave. Everyone there is very friendly and professional. Darryl Askew has helped me and my husband on numerous occasions and we thank him very much. He is truly an asset!
