Went to them before for major car issues and it went great so I figured it would make them my go-to spot. Well, my last experience here was just super not great at all. Called ahead to see if they could fit me in as it was an hour before closing, dude on the phone said "yeah, get here asap". I arrive five minutes later and get serious attitude from a different guy about how they were about to close.”Do you know what time it is?!” It made me really uncomfortable but I let it go. I needed a new tire and a oil change. They didn't give me any options as to what tire they were going to put on my vehicle, just went with most expensive one. Well, guess what tire was flat when I woke up the next day? The one I just purchased. They said it was punctured but I'm not buying it. I call bullsh*t. They lost my trust, as if watching a grown man throw a hissy fit wasn’t enough to make me want to go back there…

I am so very pleased with my cars service at brooks huff. My car was over heating and Brain told me to drop it off and that he would take care of everything. And he did. I dropped it off at 730. Within 2 hours inhad a callback with the diagnosis and price. Everything was fixed within a few hours. I work in a different county and wasn't able to pick up my car that day but it wasn't a problem. I was able to pick up my car the next morning at open. Everything worked properly (thanks john!) And Brian made sure I got a great fair price. Later I realized a slight hiccup and Brian ran it up the flagpole to Mr Todd Huff himself! Mr Huff did everything he could to make sure the issue was taken care of with as little expense to myself. I appreciate one who worked with me to make sure I got out of there with as little pain to my wallet as possible!
Oh also they offer a driving service and will take you home/to work while your car is being serviced. He was kind and made comfortable conversation on the way to my house. He even offered to pick me up and take me back to my car the next morning.
All in all I'm beyond grateful to have worked with Brian and the rest of the guys and Brooks Huff and will definitely return!

First class shop. Great work. Honest pricing. Center cap for my alloy rim couldn’t be found after a new tire installation. I was fairly sure it was on the wheel when I dropped it off, but definitely not certain. They rebated charges even though the tech was pretty sure it wasn’t there when he got the wheel. They have acquired a likely permanent customer!

I was able to schedule an appointment on Tuesday for today (Thursday 1st thing in the morning) with Tim. When I arrived (at 7:30am), he got me checked in right away and explained the techs come in at 8 and my car would be pulled in 1st. He gave me a break down of maintenance recommendations but was not pushing for a sale on any other service. He explained what to take care of first and quoted the price (which was about the same as over the phone) and said the work would be done by 10. I walked down to Burger King and he called at 9:45 letting me know my car was ready. I will be returning for other services and recommending the location to friends.

After getting a flat tire, I had my car towed to Brooks-Huff, where I bought two new tires. (Tow companies discount their tow, when it’s arranged by this shop). They gave me great advice on the best tires for my car, arranged to get the brand and type of tires I wanted, immediately, and did the work very promptly. My gas mileage with just 2 new tires improved. Very nice staff, with a great reputation in the community.

My son at college had a flat that needed to be repaired or replaced, he went to Brooks and Huff kind of nervous but they assured him that a nee tire would be needed and selected one within a reasonable budget. Thanks for your help and patience with my son .
