I purchased some goods from blank knights via their website. The clothing was a little too small, so I sent a message to find out how to return/exchange but have not received a response. Right now, I'm sitting in front of their Baltimore location 8104 B Loch Raven Blvd. They're supposed to be open at 11am-6pm but there is no sign of anyone working. This is bad for business.

Blank Knights is an apparel store located within a strip mall. There is no outside signage indicating the store's name. This location recently opened, and is headquartered out of Clifton, New Jersey. I was immediately greeted by the sole Blank Knights employee. Blank Knights sells blank apparel such as t-shirts, sweat shirts, hoodies, and hats. Blank Knights merchandise is available to be utilized for consumers to print their own designs. There is no clear signage for their merchandise. The sole employee did provide excellent customer service. My one discrepancy is the lack of exterior and interior Blank Knights signage.
