Rooms: The rooms are functional, if not, particularly luxurious. The bathrooms are pretty small and their ideal of accessibility involves putting grab bars in the showers so if you are in a wheelchair, you may have difficulty navigating in and out of their restrooms and getting in and out of their tubs independently. The staff was nice, the breakfast black luster.

Where to start?...Staff was courtesy & helpful. Rooms were pretty standard. Only there were some maintenance & upkeep needed in our suite. Air unit was noisy in seperate area while the one in the bedroom was thankfully quiet. Found the bed to be really soft compared to most mattresses found at Holiday Inn Express. Comfort level was ok. Sadly the drain plug was closed in bathroom sink not allowing water to drain. That was an inconvenience. Advised front desk of bathroom sink concern but checked out before that issue was resolved. Note experience is based on a one night stay. Water pressure was low for the shower while high for tub spout & the bathtub drained really slow(like a snail). Panel on air unit had a cracked across it too. So as I said this suite just had some maintenance & upkeep needs. Parking lot & walkways were mostly cleared from snow & ice making accessibility decent with all the snowing weather. With all that said, since the staff, breakfast, overall service & atmosphere was good... gave it a 4 star rating.

A bargain with well-maintained, somewhat basic rooms with good lighting, good WiFi, and good temperature control. The bed was comfortable. The walls were thick enough to not hear neighbors. The service is consistently friendly and efficient, and everyone goes the extra mile.

The room was very nice. It was spacious, with all the amenities. The king bed was very comfortable, and the shower was impeccably clean and modern. The only small issue I had was the TV reception went crazy every time the fan / furnace came on. Not a big deal, because I don't watch it much.

Honestly, I expected more, or just better. For a hotel, its cleanliness, the amenities, and the staff make up 35% of the quality score. The bed is the most important thing determining the quality, easily 65%. Essentially, if I dress up a turd, it's still a turd at the end of the day.Upon arrival at this facility, it was clean, and it had a decent amount of parking spaces.Check-in (12-1-2023@~10p) was easy. However, I was charged a $100 deposit to get checked in. I was told I would get that back upon checking out (*Update* I got all but $1 back from the deposit).I was initially informed that checkout was at 11 am, but the clerk, Betsy, said I could get a late checkout at 1 pm if I signed up for an account with IHG. Sign-up is free, so, signed up, provided my email, and to this day (12-7-23) I still haven't received any emails from IHG.The late checkout (1 pm): It wasn't noted anywhere because housekeeping knocked on our door at 11 am inquiring about checkout time. I booked my hotel through Priceline the night of (about 30 ins before check-in). However, after talking to the clerk about the late checkout, it wasn't adjusted or mentioned on my receipt. Plus, I didn't get a receipt upon checking out at noon. They didn't give any receipt, but the morning front desk clerk said it would be emailed to me. However, I wanted a receipt of some kind for that $100 deposit.Anyway, the room was a double-occupancy room with 2 queen beds. Upon entering the room, it was very nice and clean. Had a Keurig on top of the mini-fridge and some coffee and tea packets. The bathroom was very clean, although there were some black spots (possibly black mold) on the ceiling above the shower. They had five DOVE liquid dispensers that included: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. All towels were clean and folded neatly. The beds were neatly made, and each had 4 down-style pillows. The biggest downfall was the quality of the beds. I know firm beds exist, but never have I ever had a slab of bricks wrapped up as a mattress in any hotel. To say that this mattress was firm is a drastic understatement. Both mattresses were one step from being as hard as the floor. I am 350 and my wife is 150 and we both tossed and turned throughout the night.I have never awakened with more body aches than I went to bed with. It's like I was beaten all night while I thought I was sleeping. I had body aches that I didn't realize I could have. My body hair was aching! At first, I was thinking the 4 pillows were too much, but by the morning I realized the pillows were there to possibly try to add comfort to my sleep. I took all four pillows and positioned them diagonally across my bed, short end to end. Then laid down on them, which gave about 15% more comfort to the rock of a bed. With that level of firmness, you need to make sure there's at least a pillow top cushion or 6-inch mattress topper on the bed. They should provide some Tylenol, Advil, or Aleve in the rooms to help deal with the body aches you will have upon awakening. Hell, my wife even took 3 pillows and laid on them in search of comfort as well.Although the hotel was clean and the breakfast was very well stocked, all of that was overshadowed by the slab of bricks they called mattresses in the rooms. That is why the next time I need a hotel I will be avoiding this location. I'll try another Holiday Inn, but NEVER this one again!

The rooms are clean and well-furnished, but the sound-proofing is truly awful. We could hear every conversation from people who passed by in the hallway and make out the words on our neighbor's TV.

Only there for 1 night but really enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Lots of parking. Safe area. Easy to find, right off the highway. Nice breakfast. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.Rooms: Room was clean and spacious. Room included a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, small fridge, and ample hygiene products. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

They did not honor a group rate for a wedding. I am the father of the bride. We did not have hot water. My room was robbed. No one cared. I called and went online. Online said call for help. I called no one answered
