I love coming to this location. The staff is always so friendly and nice. The shelves are always clean and stocked. And they move customers quickly and swiftly at the registers.

My boyfriend and I visited here about a week ago, we came here during their $5.95 body lotion day and we were able to find a lot of good stuff while saving a lot of money especially since we also had some BB&W coupons too. The store as a whole was very nice and the staff was also very nice and helpful. Will definitely come back again.

The Manager Christina at your Towson location was rude and short with answers. Towson location only has 1 cashier and she is very sweet; however, the waiting time is always long.

I've been shopping bath and body works for YEARS. And this location is usually decent with customer service. I only had one return and it was really to exchange a wallflower because the colors i thought i was grabbing were mixed up in the wrong bin. Not really sure what was up with the associate, but she took another customer in front of me when she saw me clear as day standing there waiting . As she proceeded to do the exchange that i thought would be even she rang the one i was returning up at the lowest price possible. I've never even seen a plug in for the price she rang it up for (half of what i actually paid) then wanted to charge a difference of 9 more dollars . Her justification was me not having a receipt i asked is there no way to pull it up through the app or my card. She immediately says no and to me has an attitude the entire time. And when i had a chance to go back with the receipt to ask about it they said there was nothing they could do and another associate told me they could have pulled it up by my card. Smdh annoyed and this is why id rather just order through the app now

Bad customer service! I went here to pick up an online order and worst customer service experience. First of, I couldn't find someone to help me to locate the order online pick up area as there are no signs. I noticed there were employees around, but they were busy talking amongst themselves. I finally found someone and she told me to go up against the wall. The middle of the wall she pointed was where the register stood along with two walls on each end. I go waited at the left side of the register and no one. I go to the right side of the register and no one was there as well. Then, I thought may be she meant for me to go in line, so I did that. The line was extremely long due to the big sale. Once I was seen, the cashier told me the pick up area was on the right side of the register and she couldn't help me. I then go to the area she pointed and no one was there. I go back to the cashier for assistance and the cashier grab someone behind a closed a door. I started to talk to person that came out of the closed door for assistance and she told me can't assist me, because she needs to be near a register. She then asked for my ID and I proceeded to complain about my experience. However, the response I received from her was this: Don't give me an attitude. I was confused the reason she said that because all I was doing was telling her about my experience, so that it can be address. She didn't listen and cut me off. I then asked for a supervisor or manager and it turns out she was the store manager, named Kelly. Now, it makes sense the reason the service was so poor; the leadership in the store was even worst. I asked for her name and her supervisor, but gave me the customer service contact # which was fine. Overall, a quick pick-up at a store turned into an hour and worst of all, I had to deal with bad customer service experience. I will never shop here again. I will have to rethink of doing any business with Bath & Body Works going forward.
