I just got off the phone with Corinne at Mickey's ER in Towson, Maryland. I have had the pleasure of working with her before when I have needed car repairs.
This time, I had a particularly challenging request. It required understanding, research, and patience. Corinne went above and beyond to resolve my issue, even contacting other parties who were also involved in my car's extensive repairs as a result of being parked in the right place but, apparently, at the wrong time.
Thank you, Corinne and Mickey's for your consistently excellent work ethic and customer service.

I needed to get my Maryland State Inspection done and brought my car in because I was in the area. Lee helped me get everything set up quickly and Marshall did a fantastic job making sure that my car was inspected quickly and thoroughly. They gave me very reasonable quotes on their recommendations of what I should take care of after the inspection and I will definitely be getting them done back at Mickey’s. Outstanding service and incredibly kind people, I can’t recommend them enough.

I needed some major repairs done on my car and Mickeys charged me almost $1000 less than the other shop I had originally taken my car to. They showed me my car lifted in the garage and pointed out everything that needed fixed so I could actually see what needed done. Service was great and my car was done within the day I brought it in.

The waiting room and entire operation is vastly improved since the last company was here. The space is bright and clean. The folks working here are friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

After speaking with the owner and his down to earth nature I decided to re review him . At first he was calm and collective which made me believe he is a good man that has had trauma so reasoning I’m changing my review given the circumstances . My understanding he has been victimized as well and in my selfishness I didn’t realize I was being toxic . My apologies . A man can apologize quickly a fool won’t . Based off the reviews and the tragedy that occurred I take it back . Hopefully he is willing to cover any expenses incurred on our end for the loss of our property at his business . What is fair is fair . I’m also a business owner and I know the importance of reviews . My ex wife asked me to change the situation on their behalf and so we’re clear the 1st amendment right of another cannot be diminished by legal jargon or agreement of parties . It is protected at its highest levels for the record . Anyone persecuted for giving their opinion is a fascist . We have a right to everything we say and think. It’s our own intellectual property and no adjudication can determine jurisdiction of one’s mind . Respectfully I appreciate your swift response

Amazing customer service!! Was able to get my car towed on a very busy Friday and Mickey was able to fix my car. He had me back on the road by the end of my work day. Highly recommend!!

TLDR: This is perhaps the most trustworthy and competent auto shop I’ve ever been to and you should absolutely give them your business!!
From the moment I called to set up an appointment, Mickey’s impressed me. I explained the issue I was having with my brakes and not only did they schedule me for the next day, but they also gave me a quick run down of how much it would cost for them to do the diagnostics. After I dropped my vehicle off, I received a call within 90 minutes explaining what they found, what was necessary for safety reasons to fix versus what was not necessary, and I received a cost breakdown of each potential service in my inbox. I chose which repairs I wanted to move forward with and when I picked up my vehicle, the cost was exactly what they previously said it would be. On top of that, the gentleman at the front desk whom I was speaking with all day (I believe his name is Lee) walked me out to my vehicle and proceeded to show me exactly where they checked for a specific issue and explained what would have to be done in the future to further solve for it — a non-safety related issue that I already told him on the phone I wasn’t interested in paying for that day. I couldn’t be more impressed with Mickey’s service and friendliness, and I will certainly be back!

I spent my life in the car business and my ultimate trust for quality car repairs goes to Mickey’s. Mickey, Doug, and Jake do their best to keep customers advised and the technicians do only what should be done, all at a reasonable cost. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
