2 tires fixed. 2 nails. 1 hour. $80. Called 1.5 hours before they close on Saturday. As I said, top notch.”

“I can't comment on the service department, which seems to have a lot of negative reviews. This is specifically for the new car sales, and Steve, the sales manager. I was looking around to order a custom Porsche, and, if you've been in the market for a 718 or 911, will know how crazy difficult it can be between allocations and markups. Steve took time out of his day to explain the entire process to me, even though I wasn't local, and was a genuine pleasure to interact with. It didn't end up working out with Porsche Hunt Valley as I found an allocation sooner elsewhere, but I genuinely would support Porsche Hunt Valley in the future just based on how great an impression Steve made on me.”

“This is the best car care experience I've ever had. I owned an extremely old Volvo XC 90 pending buying a new car. Sam took the best care of this car at the most reasonable pricing. He helped fix my air conditioning that I had been trying to fix with several repair shops for over a year. Always gracious, kind, fair and great service.About 6 months ago, my husband's new BMW got a small screw in one of the tires. We went to the dealer who quoted us a very high price to replace the tire. We contacted Sam for options. He inspected the tire and determined that it was fixable (pluggable). Needless to say, 6 months later, not a single issue with the tire! Now, that's what I call honest service and a real desire to help.Thank you Sam and the entire TAS team!!”

“I am so very pleased with my cars service at brooks huff. My car was over heating and Brain told me to drop it off and that he would take care of everything. And he did. I dropped it off at 730. Within 2 hours inhad a callback with the diagnosis and price. Everything was fixed within a few hours. I work in a different county and wasn't able to pick up my car that day but it wasn't a problem. I was able to pick up my car the next morning at open. Everything worked properly (thanks john!) And Brian made sure I got a great fair price. Later I realized a slight hiccup and Brian ran it up the flagpole to Mr Todd Huff himself! Mr Huff did everything he could to make sure the issue was taken care of with as little expense to myself. I appreciate one who worked with me to make sure I got out of there with as little pain to my wallet as possible!
Oh also they offer a driving service and will take you home/to work while your car is being serviced. He was kind and made comfortable conversation on the way to my house. He even offered to pick me up and take me back to my car the next morning.
All in all I'm beyond grateful to have worked with Brian and the rest of the guys and Brooks Huff and will definitely return!”

“My 2009 Toyota Prius was stuck in neutral and they diagnosed and repaired the wiring well within 24 hours after AAA towed my car to their locatIon. Along with that service, they added an oil change, oil and air filter, repaired a tire leak, replaced a belt, and replaced the wiper blades. I appreciated a noontime notification call, but couldn’t take it at the time. I made several followup calls about my car’s problem and status and heard from them a couple hours later. Did not receive a call when the car was ready for pickup, so I walked to the site around 7pm. Paid my bill. Three percent service charge for paying with credit; if I hadn’t been in a time crunch, I would have dashed to the bank to pay cash. Next time I will be clearer about my communication needs. “I got my windows tinted and the service was Great. They did an amazing job on my windows. I was told it would take a hour and a half but actually took 3 hours but I wasn’t mad because once I saw my car I couldn’t stop smiling…I called about 4 different places before coming here and this one was the cheapest and they did a wonderful job and was so nice.I’ll definitely come back in the future.”

“This was my second purchase from salesman Huntley at Lexus of Towson. I bought my first Lexus sight unseen in 2021 & he shipped it to me in New York. The transaction couldn't have gone any smoother and Huntley was a true pleasure to work with! The second time around, I made the road trip to Maryland to meet Huntley & staff in person. I walked into a very busy dealership & was immediately greeted by the staff who was expecting me. Huntley was very professional & friendly, answered all my questions, and was a true gentleman!! We made the transaction, and I even referred my friend to him for a new car. Huntley even called me after I left to make sure I made it back to New York alright. I did not have a positive experience with the dealers in New York & certainly did not receive this level of customer service. Special Thanks to Huntley, Cassidy from Finance, and staff for an exceptional experience, AGAIN!!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know.”

“Talk to parts department over phone about a window motor for my car. Was told they have part. Drove 40 minutes to salvos on Loch Raven just for them to tell me that they didn't have the part they said that the part shows up in the computer but they didn't have it in stock very disappointed they should check first and make sure they have the part before telling the customer that they dude have the part and stop what he will update a computers. So, if you Eva X4 Parts over the phone make sure you ask the parts person to check the shower to make sure they do have it in stock and it's not a computer error. For this reason I give them only two stars”
“Easy transaction thanks to Herb and Scott. Highly recommend this dealership and the no nonsense approach to vehicle sales. As a small business owner, I appreciated the fact that the transaction with respect to cost was transparent. I also appreciate the honesty of the detail shop who advised that there were minor scratches on the vehicle we intended on purchasing and was able to switch to a different vehicle on the fly.
