Athleta is my favorite place to shop for athletic clothes. The fact that they have girls AND women is automatically a plus. The clothes are great quality and very comfortable. The staff always want to help you find the outfit that fits you best. Great store!

Love this place! I ran in and had 20 minutes to find a head-to-toe golf outfit for a last minute thing. Christine walked right up to me and asked if I needed help finding anything and managed to put the whole thing together for me in less than 10. Amazing customer service and I’ll definitely be back!

I feel that this company is very bad. I bought clothes from their company, and then I refunded them. Their company kept billing me. There are bills, I don't even have a reason for anything, I still have to pay, it's horrible, I have to pay. Hello ladies, don't use their company's credit card to buy things. After you buy something, if you return it, he will ask you to match the bill. So if I go to their company to buy clothes now, I will use my US credit card, I don't Will use their company credit card because I'm too scared.

I never got to shop here. I was profiled and followed around by an employee for about 15 minutes. Finally, she asked me if I needed help, while sounding absolutely aggravated. I said no and left. The reality is, if you're working at this store, I can afford their products much more than you could without a discount (because retail pays 1/4, maybe 1/3 of what I get paid). Therefore, you have no right to decide that I don't belong here, just by looking at me and my blackness.

I was pretty disappointed today. I had purchased the new face masks online and decided to pick them up in store so I'd have a chance to check out their clothing. It was my first time in the store and I was not impressed. I walked inside and went right up to the check out counter where there was 5 employees. 1 employee was helping a customer, 1 was completely distracted by the computer and never bother to look up at me, and the others were behind them continuing to talk amongst themselves while I stood there waiting for help. I stood there for 7 minutes until a woman walked out from the back to and noticed I was there and decided to help me. Needless to say that at this point I was so disappointed in their customer service that I didn't want to spend another minute there, let alone do any shopping. I'll stick to Lululemon from now on. At least their employees don't treat their customers like ghosts
