The staff was great, but the lanes were horrible. We spent 30 minutes of a 2 hour groupon on a broken lane. They pins would not recycle. Finally, we were moved to a different lane after wasting 30 minutes of our bowling time.

Despite being overpriced, this is one of the last truly family-friendly sensory-friendly bowling locations in the Baltimore area. I truly enjoyed my time and appreciate the lack of unpleasant music, large arcades, and non-family friendly atmosphere (as is found in most Bowlero branded locations)

I had an amazing time duckpin bowling with my work colleagues. They catered our food and made sure that we were taken care of with whatever we needed. The atmosphere was great, and they served alcohol!! ?

I am a league bowler at these lanes. Today I tried to go bowling for senior drop in and the lanes were closed until 4PM. This change occurred 6 days ago per the website. There were at least 20 people outside the building waiting to bowl. There was an employee inside the building at the front desk and had to know that we were there for 30 mins. No one came to the door to explain the situation. No sign was posted to tell us that the drop in was canceled today only or completely. The Bowlero company has changed many things in this building physically but they have changed the policies dramatically. They also fired the longtime manger of this building recently who was wonderful at running the place . Maybe that is the reason they can’t open at 12:15 that they promised, because they can’t get any staff.

Just had my son’s 6th birthday party here on Saturday. From start to finish the staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. When I did have to ask for something it was provided quickly. The entire party ran so smoothly, everyone had a great time, and enjoyed the food. I HIGHLY recommend this location for parties! The facilities were clean, the arcade games worked, and were being wiped down throughout the day. The decor gives a fun retro vibe as well. I had multiple friends say they had never been there but would be back.

Got to the alley about 5:30 no ten pins lane available. Was going to bowl duckpins until a lane became available, but staff refused to honor my Groupon. Was told no Groupon after 6pm ended up having to pay an additional 130.00 for 5 people. Never had this issue at the Dundalk location. First and last time utilizing this facility.
