I came into their shop on August 25 with a rough draft, and explained what I was wanting. Instead of a banjo, guitar, upright bass, and mandolin (which was in my artwork), there was a picture of an electric guitar, a ukulele, a large violin with the chin rest at the bottom instead of a bass, and the only correct instrument was the banjo (with a brown head instead on a white one).A week later the second proof was sent to me, and I was surprised to see my rough artwork on the proof. The instruments were correct put the drawing was a rough drawing. I said I didn't want my rough draft, but nice pictures of the four bluegrass instruments.I contacted them twice and never heard back from them. Signs By Tomorrow is now like Signs By Next Month...if at all.

Great experience! Fast and very professional. I needed a banner last minute for an event on a holiday weekend. They turned my project around in 24 hours! Will definitely use them again.

Signs By Tomorrow Timonium provided quality service in excellent time, despite it being a holiday week. There was an issue with billing that was quickly and expertly corrected. I recommend this staff for their professional service.

I recently had some signs made for our landscaping equipment. I could not be happier with the service, quality, and attention to detail that I was provided. I will definitely be returning to them in the future.

This by far is the worst sign company that I have ever worked with. I ordered signs and they did not come as described. I was interested in returning them or getting better ones. Instead of a resolution, I have gotten the run around for almost 4 weeks. I am not past the time I needed the signs. I still have no signs and I have no refund. DO NOT USE this company. The people that work there have like no clue what is going on.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NO COMMUNICATION. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Contacted the salesman Thatcher to come out and give us a quote for the work we need done. Didn't show up for the day he said he was going to show, called the following day telling me he was on the highway to come meet me and had to turn around and reschedule for another day. Finally came the following week, told me they could meet all my businesses needs and he would get me a quote by the weekend. AGAIN, nothing, no quote, no communication. Had to call and speak with the receptionist who relayed my message to Thatcher. She told me he said he would get the quote out later that night. That was last Monday. AGAIN, nothing, another no show.Called again today and spoke with Thatcher and told him I really need this work done and could he please make this a priority as too much time has passed without any communication. His answer was, "My priority is Preakness right now BUDDY. So professional. the type of guy that keeps calling you buddy in a condescending way is always annoying to deal with. I said look, if you guys are too busy, maybe give this work order to someone else, hire some help, or something, or at least communicate with me, just communicate with me. If you are too busy, tell me you can't do it. A little communication goes a long way. I need to get this done, but if you communicate with me, and I know that you haven't lost me in the que, Im flexible and understanding, the way I was every single time you hadn't shown up prior. My response those times was "I understand". But this was going too far. I was very polite with my tone, but firm that I cant keep dealing with him not showing up or communicating to me. Thatcher's response, "I dont need the lecture buddy! Go look somewhere else buddy. Completely arrogant and rude and no understanding or apology whatsoever.All I wanted was to give you our business, if you can't handle your workload, maybe hire help and not take your frustrations out on me the customer...who's choosing your business to give our money to and youre too arrogant to see that or appreciate that. Take care.

I love this place! Love to hunt for unique coffee mugs,(found one!) Artwork I love, (Got a Don Swann lithograph of Hampton Mansion.#35/300 $15), found some fun movies for a rainy day, $1each. Found Margarita glasses for a friend's Birthday present. (On to the liquor store to get the tequila and drink mix. Yay!) Found some fabric pins for the garden. Need them to secure fencing. Met some interesting people also treasure hunting. All the staff I spoke with were so friendly, polite and helpful. The guy at register was great. He showed me his tatoos.( I love the art.) He helped me find one more thing. Great haul of goodies.
