If I could give this zero stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible and it seems like everyone agrees. No one seems to have any idea what’s going on, everyone has an attitude, except the girls that answer the phone and no one is there to help you. I’ve been “waiting for a call back” for DAYS now on the status on my vehicle. The MANAGERS are the ones handling my case and they still can’t answer my phone calls and I AGAIN just got told someone will contact me by the “end of the day” Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere

The people were very helpful and friendly, the service area was clean, service was quick, and explained well. However $80 for an oil change is pretty steep, adding insult to injury, they charge 3% extra if you want to use a credit card! I have never seen a dealer not absorb the cost of using a credit card.

Had to take car in for an active recall fix and oil change. They told me there was a coupon for an oil change that they would apply, so that was nice to save a few bucks. I was there for a little less than 2hrs which seemed a little long due to being scheduled at 7:30am, however, the team was very nice and waiting room was relatively clean so no real complaints other than the waiting time (which may be normal?)

Worst experience. I came in on Thursday 1/11/24 to get something checked out as I didn’t pass the emissions test. After a few hour, I came to pick up my car and noticed there was a dent in the back of my car that was not there when I dropped it off. I came back in to notify the members and I spoke to one of the managers. I believe his name was Kris. He assured me that since it was their fault they would fix it and someone would reach out to me to set up an appointment. I have yet to receive a call from anyone. When I called today the receptionist that answered wasn’t so pleasant and stated that they don’t fix dents. I responded that the service manager stated that someone comes in on Wednesdays. She then transferred me to someone. This has been honestly a horrible experience. Not friendly, unprofessional and to top it off they dented my car and didn’t have the courage to even let me know. I feel like they could have notified me instead of trying to hide it. I know whoever did it must have known.

Absolutely horrible! I’ve had my car for 4 years and I decided to take my car to this dealership. Now since I’ve had my car I’ve only taken my car to one Nissan dealership and that’s in Clarksville but they didn’t have any availability that fit my schedule. I went to nationwide Nissan and now my car shakes when it goes passed 40 MPH and my car NEVER had any issues until I came here. And of course they will say I’m the one that created whatever issue is going on with my car. And not to mention after my car was done being serviced, whoever parked my car hit the wall. I walked out to my car and my car number was literally touching the brick wall. I instantly regretted ever going here.

Had a good experience. Mr Neal the manager is a friendly person who took the time out to make sure that I was in good hands. Along with his staff, they were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating while my car was in the shop. I would recommend them.

I live my Kia but this service center is not good. They must smoke cigarettes in the shop or every employee smokes as the entire places smells like cigarettes. They called to say oil change was finished, when I went to pick it up they couldn’t find anything and now I have to come back for me car.

I come in regularly for an oil change on my 2022 Kia Telluride. Had to come in today for a fuse change, as all of my charger ports stopped working. Brian was great! He was very helpful and answered any questions we had. It was a seamless process.

The service department says it respects your time--perhaps that means they want more of it since it is so respectable! I received a recall notice and made an appointment for 8:15 drop off. I was told the work would take about 30 min-one hour max. At drop off I said I would return at 10:30 to pick it up. Well, at 10:30 no one knew what was up with the car but it certainly wasn't ready! After asking several more times it seems it was ready but the paper work not printed out. I eventually got out of there but I was disappointed that an appointment meant nothing, I wasn't told Friday was always a bad day, and that 2+ hours wasn't enough to get the work done and the paperwork printed.

Extremely disappointed in the last 3 service appointments, but this one takes the cake! I came in for an oil change, 36k service and to inquire for the 3 time about the status of replacing the paint cracked roof strips on my 4 year old Stinger. Had a 7 am appointment today and dropped the car off the night before, checking my car in with Heather. It is a solid 30 minute drive to Nationwide, but I continue to make the drive as a Nationwide customer for life. Heather called us at at 11:10 morning to tell us our car was done and to our surprise they also had the roof strip replacements available and installed them under warranty. We made the 30 minute drive to Nationwide immediately, but the cashier did not have our paperwork. She said she would have to speak with Heather. The cashier returns to say, “something happened” giggled, smiled and walked back to her seat. Wasn’t cute or funny, but we waited with no idea of what happened.Heather shows up 10 minutes later beating around the bush to tell us they put the roof strips on the wrong Stinger. I said that was fine that I would make another appointment at a later date as my husband was in the middle of his work day and I didn’t want to hold him up. She said she would be right back with our car. We waited another 10 minutes and I decided to take a walk around the building to find my car. It was still being worked on in in the shop. I come back to my husband in the cashier/waiting area and Heather informed him that they had not done anything with my car, not even the oil change. They performed all my requested services on the wrong Stinger. She said she has two techs working on my car (oil change, 36k service AND replace the roof strips) and it will only be 30 minutes. This raised further concerns about the quality of service being performed on my car, 30 minutes to do all this? Really?? Did you tell the other Stinger owner you screwed up their service too? Did you pull the new roof strips off his car, put them on mine and put his old ones back?We have already paid and we’re thrilled to find out they now charge a 3% service fee if you put the charge on a credit card. Kinda icing on the cake Nationwide. Being a Nationwide customer doesn’t give me free oil changes or discounts in service. I come because you warranty my engine for life if serviced here. I no longer trust your service department or Heather. I love my Stinger, but Nationwide has lost me for life, service and future purchases. I will go to another Kia service center, it’s a shorter drive and don’t think the service could get much worse. We are 2 hours in since receiving the call and still we are waiting with no Heather in site, neither cashier saying a word to us…WOW!

I do enjoy the professional staff and excellent service provided however Nationwide Nissan Service Center incorporated a new policy during a time we all are having financial issues. Going forward it up to the customer to pay 3% on all credit card or debit card transaction. This is doesn’t look good for a business that is making money to charge all the add fees labor, extra taxes, misc fee etc…now charging us for there credits card transaction. What a Pathetic Disgrace.

Went for a recall and they were very helpful and accommodating. Got me to work after I dropped my car off and offered to get me back to the service center in the afternoon but I had that covered. Shoutout Charlie, who was a big help through all of it.A little tough to get a hold of on the second day but everyone gets busy so I have no problems with that.

Brought our lightly-driven 2017 Nissan Rogue in for a light that came on. Paid a $175 diagnostics fee and was told an additional $150 switch would solve our issue. After getting the switch replaced, was then told we actually need a $2600 repair. So we spent over $300 just to be told we need a $2600 repair. Suddenly the Dealership will not stop calling about trading-in. Seems shady. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere.

The parts department needs some training on phone etiquette. Now, I will always look for an alternative to service here due to how I was spoken to when I called to ask about a replacement key fob.

I had a great experience here and left beyond satisfied. This dealership doesn’t charge all the extra dealership fees most places do and they will go through hoops to make sure you get the best deal possible. Chris and the team took such good care of me. If you want to purchase a car without all of the hassle, this is the place!
