Donte was attentive and responsive and got my tire ? replaced and a recall fixed by end of the day so I didn’t have to wait until the next morning to get my car (the picture is the new tire,not the flat)

I wrote this feedback to Nissan when they asked about my experience and it has been a week and a half and they never reached out to me. I would avoid using this service center if I were you: Thank you for reaching out to ask about my recent service experience. Unfortunately, I have to share that it was more than disappointing.
Over two years ago, I visited your dealership and requested a tire rotation, which I later discovered was not performed despite being charged for it. Although the issue was resolved with a refund, I decided not to return. However, I received a coupon recently for a $19.95 oil change and decided to give your service another chance.
When I called to schedule the appointment, the phone line was very static-filled and on every call after that there was terrible static.. After explaining about the coupon, I was told to bring it with me to the appointment. I scheduled for 9 a.m. and was assured it would be express service, so I planned to wait and she said that was fine.
On the day of my appointment, I arrived at 8:40 a.m. and was informed that due to a computer glitch, I would need to leave my car for the day. This was unexpected, and a courtesy call ahead of time would have allowed me to reschedule or make necessary arrangements.
I also asked the service representative to check on some plastic panels that were sliding off the front of my car. Although I was told, "we don't do body work," I requested they at least check if it was covered under warranty and where I could take it. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up on that.
I left the coupon with the service rep who said she would make sure it was with my paperwork.
I was provided a Lyft ride home and asked them to update my contact information to my cell phone only. Despite this request, I received a call on my home phone around noon.When I returned the call, no one was available, and I was directed to a voicemail promising a call back by the end of the day..
I called again and asked the cashier to find out whether my car was ready or if any issues needed approval. After a wait, the service manager couldn't recall why they called me. I reminded them to use my cell phone for any updates. Eventually around 4pm, I received another call on my home phone, not my cell, letting me know my car was ready. I was in a meeting and left shortly after to get my car.
I walked to the dealership in the heat and arrived around 5 p.m. Unfortunately, they couldn’t locate my paperwork, and after 30 minutes, they found it—but the coupon I provided wasn’t applied. It took another 30 minutes for the only on duty service manager to correct the error. I want to acknowledge the two evening cashiers who were kind and patient during this frustrating situation.
By the time everything was resolved, it was 6 p.m., and I was late for another commitment.
In short, my experience was unsatisfactory, and I will not be returning to your dealership for future service. I am contemplating writing a google review of my experience.

I have been astonished at the utter lack of communication by the Kia Service Agents at Nationwide. My car has been there for a week and, despite numerous calls to the service dept., I have not gotten a single status update on my vehicle over the past three (going on four) business days. I have left messages with both my service agent (Eric) as well as the service manager (Neal) and no one will call me back. I have tried calling the main number and no one picks up.

I have had a very nice experience here. Waiting area large and clean. The expess option for the oil and filter change was nice and easy. Did not have to make an appointment ahead of time. Oil changes are so difficult to plan out ahead of time. Thanks

The customer service at this dealership is deplorable. I had a driver drop a vehicle off for repairs. Once the repairs were completed, I had to call multiple times and leave multiple messages to pay the invoice which were not returned. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone, I could not pay with my credit card over the phone, they had to send me a form that I completed and returned. After a week of waiting, I never received confirmation of my payment or notification that we could pick up the vehicle. I was finally able to leave a message for Chris Brunson the service manager who was able to get my payment processed. It shouldn't be that hard to pay for the services your provided and you need to work on your customer service. I will not recommend your service department for any future work.

Went for an oil change. Wait wasn't long.Only complaint they didn't Vaccum my car out. This is 2nd time that it wasn't done.

Let me start by saying, this is one of the worst run service departments in the Baltimore county area. From the management to the unknowledgeable staff, this place is a horrible option to bring your vehicle in for maintenance care. You can expect outrageous vehicle estimates ranging from $1200-$10000 after a simple oil change service or tire rotation request. Customers are often convinced of needing expensive vehicle flush services that aren't necessary based on vehicle mileage or age of the vehicle. The multipoint inspections aren't accurate, often leading customers to be confused on what the true condition of their vehicle is and what really needs to be fixed at the time of service. Several technicians aren't skilled enough to be evaluating major mechanical customer concerns or using the necessary tools to do proper vehicle inspections. The Fixed Operations Director and Service manager are some of the worst management in the business, allowing the technicians to overlook vital parts of the customers vehicle inspections and sending out bogus vehicle repair estimates. They don't care about the customers vehicles being fixed accurately, they only care about how much money the service department will make off each customers RO. If you're able to get the Fixed Operations Director engaged in conversation for 5min, he'll unprofessionally slip up and tell you he makes a percentage off each ticket, part and service completed in the entire service department which also includes, Kia! If you're looking for a reputable Nissan service center, this is not one! Be sure to visit Sheehy Nissan of White Marsh or Jones Junction Nissan of Bel air to get trustworthy accurate business/ service.

I reserve an oil change one day earlier and arrive on time. I wait inside my car for 10 minutes and nobody notice me. Then a new car arrive without reservation and they serve this car immediately . After all cars have been served, they finally talk to me. I show the lady my reservation text message and she said "I don't need this".
Yes, their reservation system is a joke and they tend to bias against some specific customers.

I asked to find out why my check engine light was on. Left car there from 8 in the morning to find out answer and cost to fix. I received a 3 page estimate for $9,200! It included 4 tires, brakes, transmission and on an on. I took my car to a real mechanic and showed him my estimate. He said he only saw two possible reasons why the engine would come on. He fixed the car in 30 minutes for $300 plus I told him to replace the battery. All is good now and I would never go back to Nationwide again. You should not either.

Had a great experience with them, yet everything started with Taylor. She was professional and assertive in her approach and didn’t make me feel pressured and annoyed. I had other options but she really earned my business.

Dave was a really great service advisor. He was timely and kind.
My most recent visit was so great. The entire process was smooth and the employees were friendly. My car was kept neat and returned in a timely manner.
I only give 4 out of 5 stars because another time I was there an employee almost ran me over speeding in the small parking lot.
