Terrible customer service from Charisse. Took off work and Made an appointment for a dog bath just to get interrogated and denied a dog bath because my dog had one tick from 4 months ago and I’ve been to the Vet in between appointments. This don’t make any since. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 3 years and It’s embarrassing to get treated like that. I won’t be going here anymore.

I took my 2 labs here for baths and it was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shampoo, conditioner, towels and large tubs in gated area. Make an appointment and get a discount on the bath. So much easier than bathing them at home!

Great selection and the staff are friendly and helpful! The DIY dog baths are great - soap and towels are included and it's much nicer than using the tub at home!

Friendly staff!I have been there a couple of times now.Once was an hour before close and I felt bad but I had a good chat with the guy behind the counterSecond time, looks like they were training some newbies.
