My cousin stayed here for 3 days. Overall good experience. The room was big and clean. Used the gym a few times....its small but does the job.Helpful staff.

The hotel was conveniently located to the highway and many restaurants. The staff was friendly. The hotel itself was pretty dated and needs a thorough cleaning.

I booked an overnight at the Holiday Inn because I was tired and didn't feel like driving two hours to my next destination. Upon entry the hotel lobby is well lit, clean and spacious. The front desk clerk was efficient but lacked personality. At any rate check in process was smooth, I retrieved my keys and went to my room.The room (and hotel) could use some upgrading but overall it was clean. The room was spacious, fully stocked and all appliances worked. However, the door kept making a sound like someone was trying to get in the room but no one was a the door. That reason alone is why I wouldn't stay here again. But other than that it's your average hotel.

Rooms look great and everything seemed clean, other than the dead fly we found in our bed sheets. The internet however did not work. When I asked the front desk I was told it was working fine. I have over 270 nights in hotels this year and probably over a thousand for my lifetime. It took me 10 minutes to download an all text email.

Front desk staff is great.Have stayed here twice this month.Rooms were very clean.Very good hotel.Rooms: Great size rooms. Like that the rooms don't have rugs.Nearby activities: Great restaurants near by.Safety: Need to scan your room key to enter the building at night.Walkability: Can walk to Chili's. They are also a bourbon bar next parking lot over.Food & drinks: Breakfast buffet is $5.00. Pay at front desk.

Save yourself. This place is a joke, and not worth the hassle. Stayed for the MD state fair. Not accommodating for the rooms that were originally booked, and then overcharged. No consistency in management, or help with any issues. We will gladly drive a little further to have better service and quality.

Recommended 100%! I loved it! I felt comfortable. Good environment, pretty clean, coffee all day long. The amenities always open and clean. I just want to come back again. Receptionist 24/7. The room are so beautiful and new design.!Rooms: Beautifully and clean!

This is not a corporate Holiday Inn. This Holiday Inn is conveniently located right off the highway. The lobby was the brightest area of the hotel. We had a room with no coffee maker and directly across from the laundry room. The bathroom was very small. $5 for breakfast which was not mentioned until I went to get breakfast and saw the sign. When asked for a late checkout we were given until 11:30. Not quite what I expect from a Holiday Inn. There is a Chili's attached to the hotel and that was a plus.Food & drinks: There is a Chili's attached to the hotel.

I recommend this hotel. It seemed clean with a lot of staff on top of their jobs. Rooms were nice. There is a Chilis restaurant attached to the hotel which was nice and convenient. A few conference rooms for meetings. Washer and dryers for a small fee.

Perfect location right off the highway for our needs. Comfortable beds and enough space. Breakfast was adequate but $5 when other Holiday Inns have the same included. It seemed clean until we saw a wad of long dark hair on the shower wall.

This is our go-to hotel for a night out that involves Magoobys. Generally we never get upgraded even though we are Diamond members, this time Ugne hooked us up! She was quick and so pleasant and helpful. Love having the extra room in the King Suite. With a separate space, mini fridge and microwave.

I just began my stay here and already felt the need to give a review. I called in the morning asking for early check in and the woman told me they are very booked so it was unlikely. After hanging up I received a call a few minutes later and it was the receptionist saying she asked her manager and they can accommodate me at any time. I have never felt more accommodated by a hotel in my life! The place is super clean and in a great location. I feel comfortable and safe. Im just so relived I can relax in my room after a 4 hour drive early in the morning
