The tools are inexpensive and are viewed as meant to be used and discarded for occasional needs. The store is clean and the staff is very helpful, friendly, and provides excellent customer service, often greeting customers and helping them find what they need. However, some customers note a complaint that coupon items do not ring at the sale price unless the coupon is shown, calling the policy one that angers customers. Despite this, for many it is a fantastic store and a go-to location for getting the job done for less.
