Derek was exceptionally helpful with my home purchase. I came into the process knowing absolutely nothing and Derek was able to clarify any questions I had. As I transitioned from the military, there was a lot of assistance I needed in both time and money. Derek was able to help me boost my credit, close on my home, and put no money down all within the span of a few months. There’s no scenario where I think this could have happened without Derek. If anyone is interested in purchasing a home in PA, MD, or VA, I highly recommend speaking with Derek about your situation/needs; especially if you’re current or prior military!

Derek was awesome and I highly recommend him as your mortgage advisor!! He was so knowledgeable about the information, very responsive, and hard working. Derek was super helpful- we were first time buyers and knew NOTHING- he walked us through every step of the process, and was super patient as we navigated new jobs, applying for the MD mortgage program, and helped us pick a plan that made the most sense for us. He answered all of our questions super quickly, even the late night texts!
