Don’t recommend taking RE classes with GBBR. They only allow one chance to take the final exam to pass the class. If you fail you have to retake and pay for the entire class again $250. It’s a lot of information and the instructor I had really didn’t instruct in a way where you retained information. Anything I learned came directly from the book. Also, there were so many interruptions during the final exam from the instructor. Overall, I recommend trying online where you have more than one chance to take the exam as well as unlimited tries to take the prep exam before taking the actually final exam. Good Luck!

if I can give zero stars I would. I took classes for 2 months that ended in the beginning of December, 2018. This is a hard course because it is a lot of information and the final is tough. I passed the class with a 80%. I missed 4 classes due to having multiple surgeries. After everything was finished and the final was studied for and passed I was told by Jenifer League that I have to retake the course. Gilbert Marsiglia and another instructor named Sandy told our whole class we can make up classes being aware of the amount of classes that were missed. Jenifer league is the least compassionate person in the real estate industry. Do not go to GBBR!

The worst place thus far please consider another REAL ESTATE SCHOOL OTHER THAN GBBR. I attended 6 classes and was invalid in a car accident and had to attend therapy while doing so; I was told that I'm only able to get $40.00 in refund returned back to me after I provided my doctors note stating I will not be able to attend classes for the remainder of the fall to Jeniffer. With that begin said the $263.00 is so not worth the learning you will get from this school. I suggest going to Coldwell Banker or another real estate school in the Maryland area . Gilbert, and a few other instructors barley want to teach you; they just sit and read to you in class like your in the 1st grade . instead of actually teaching you to retain and learn the inform.School needs to be report because the passing rate at this school is VERY low FYI... All in for the money and not to teach!!!!

Is a hard course and the bad thing is that for the school final exam you only had one chance to pass, otherwise you need to take the whole course again but not only taking but also paying again for the course.

I am unable to attend this class as I have a torn ACL and there are ZERO exceptions to return books, even with medical documentation!!!! I attended one class. If anyone is interested in purchasing these books for less than what you will pay there, let me know. I have no reason to do business with such a place that encompasses ZERO integrity. I must give one star to post.

Did a presentation on governmental regulatory compliance for the association here at their headquarters. Nice location, nice building, and up to date facilities. The association seems very strong.
