Let's get to the point: Dawson Nolley is an outstanding realtor! My wife and I live in Pennsylvania but inherited a home in Owings Mills, MD in mid October 2022. Dawson was recommended to us buy a neighbor of the former home owner. With Dawson's help we were able to clear out and clean the property, have it beautifully staged and photographed with up-to-date furniture, and have it put on the market as of December 1st. Within a few hours we had 6 offers and accepted one for $12,000 MORE than the asking price! What more could one ask for in terms of an effective real estate agent?!
