Customer service is not great.
We are going on vacation. Kid needs the iPad. It literally broke the day after we got it. I’m trying to get this taken care of - chances are they’re going to ship it anyway. That’s what I was trying to get ahead of. But no, he wouldn’t help us and basically shrugged when I explained the situation like he didn’t care. Apple is always really good about stuff like this and being understanding. This guy just did not care at all. I try to avoid Best Buy at all costs. This is why.

Decent customer service until you need to return something. When I went in to purchase a tv, a gentelman working there offered to help me and he did, perhaps for the sale. When I went back to return the tv, the man at customer service seemed very annoyed that I was returning it, asked me why and repeated my answer in a very condescending way. When I said "thank you" he replied with "yup."
I work in customer service and can't imagine treating any customers this way whether it's a sale or a return. I hope management reads this. You can do better. I will not be purchasing anything from this store again.

Great experience.
We bought a 65 inch Toshiba TV from Amazon and picked it up from the best Buy. It was a really good experience and I will buy other things too.

My wife and I went to Maryland to pick up a microwave. That had some slight damage. Damage was very minimal. And on the side it is not very noticeable. We saved about $150. So it was well worth the trip. Staff were very friendly. If we need any other supplies that they sell we will be sure to check them out!

This place is so hit-or-miss. Sometimes great customer service and others not. The management really needs to work on consistency.
