Amazing experience at the Tilghman Island Inn. The rooms are spacious and clean, and ours had a great tub with jets. The outdoor seating was peaceful in the evening and all the staff was extremely polite. The only thing I would say wasn't amazing was the "breakfast boxes". They may need to be rethought! (A minor comment in an otherwise extremely pleasant stay). I will be recommending this Inn to others who are visiting the area!

Me and my husband went here for our Anniversary last week for 2 days. I have to say that this place is a gem. The place is beautiful. It is so peaceful and the outside is so cute with a pier to fish off of, corn hole out back and chairs out back to sit and relax by the water. The food is amazing and the staff and owner's were so accommodating and helpful. We are going to plan to go back next year for 4 days. Thank you so much for everything.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Sherri and her staff went above and beyond to give us a wonderful stay. The grounds are flawless, and the area is wonderful.

Such a cute and quiet retreat! It was just what my soul needed after some busy weeks. The grounds are beautifully taken care of, lots of grass with happy bunnies going around, lawn chairs in the back overlooking the water and the many little boats that cross that canal. The restaurant right on the water couldn't be any better, you can enjoy a pretty drink on an adirondack chair looking at the marsh and the bay... The hotel is the cutest little thing, clean, well taken care of, with games, cozy places to sit by the bar, the fireplace, the lobby... the breakfast was a really fun idea, served in a container for you to grab and enjoy wherever, included egg, yogurt, cheese, crackers, granola, pastries... The room was clean and very spacios with a spa feel to it, super plump and comfy bed, lots of space in the room and the shower had all the possible jets and shower heads. The pool was practically empty all the time i was there, offering a cool spot to relax and sunbathe. I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax! Thanks so much to Sherry for making it so easy and convenient, she will take care of you like an aunt you go visit and it is her pleasure that you are there so she can pamper you.

My wife and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and for the local fare and picturesque setting. We made a reservation for 7 and arrived at 6:30 to enjoy a drink at the bar first. There was no choices for our wine by the glass so we were pleased our table was ready early to enjoy a bottle with dinner. The dining offered was both indoors and out and we chose indoors as it was a very hot July evening. We placed our orders for the appetizer and entrees by 6:45. We left at 8:30 hungry and aggravated. No appetizer nor entrees. We ordered from the regular menu, the local fish for me and a hamburger for my wife.We asked for bread and were given 4 thin slices of a store bought bread. An hour later, we were given pieces of corn muffins. There were 5 tables occupied when we walked in and another 7 arrived after. About a third of all the tables. When we watched all the tables order, be served and then cleared and we still did not even get our appetizer, we left. Two hours after arriving. Plenty of apologies from the hostess but that did not salvage the evening. We went back to the Perry Cabin where we were staying only to find they close their dining room at 8:30.My wife and I have both owned restaurants and, being in the business, understand staffing issues and try to be extra understanding. We saw 1 waitress, a bus boy, manager and hostess. Enough staff for the tables occupied so the shortcoming seemed to be the kitchen although the waitress did nothing to advocate for our food.Too bad our experience was so bad as it is a nice location but the staff needs to be trained in working together to create a proper and pleasing restaurant experience. No, we will not be going back!Food & drinks: See above.

Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the Tilghman Island Inn style. Beautiful rooms, excellent pool, fabulous dinning inside and out, we enjoyed the best crab cakes, rockfish and scallops we have ever had on the outside patio! Nice visits to the Chesapeake Bay Maritime and Tilghman’s Waterman’s museums. We will return. Thank you Sherry for your friendly service!!

This inn is a slice of heaven!!! The rooms are perfect, staff attentive and truly the nicest people ever, view spectacular and food to die for! We checked out after 2 nights and actually turned around and came back several hours later for one more night-this is how much we loved the Inn.

We had the best time at the Inn. I stayed here on vacation with 13 of my friends prior to one of their weddings. The team was amazing and made us feel so at home! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are simple and comfortable, the food at the restaurant is excellent and the "custom cocktail" they had the night we arrived was delicious! Sherri was kind and accommodating, and made our stay absolutely perfect.

Sherry was amazing. The room was comfortable, the tub was amazing and sitting by the water with a glass of wine with picturesque. The European breakfast was amazing. It was so romantic. The smell of wild locust fills the air and brings calm.

We had an amazing time at the Tilghman Island Inn. Sherri, one of the staff members was so accommodating- she made our trip amazing. I was visiting for the St Michael’s half marathon, she drove me to the race, she was ready to say yes to anything we asked for. She even brought out some animal crackers to our 18 month old (of course a big hit with her!). The staff went above and beyond to make our family vacation relaxing and successful! The location is beautiful, right on the water. We relaxed on the chairs enjoying the water and a big glass of Rose wine. The restaurant is also amazing, food was great and dessert was also amazing made by another staff member who was waiting tables and doing check in… they can do it all!!Great job Tilghman Island Staff!Food & drinks: Restaurant on premise is very good!
