Alex was so incredibly helpful when my phone randomly began going into SOS mode and popping up notifications about the SIM card failing. He took extra time with our account to ensure I knew the steps to communicate to the account owner to help lower our bill. Excellent customer service!

I got the home internet which was supposed to be free for 30 days. It didnt work at my house and returned the box just a couple of days later. Im now staring at a bill for $111.72. When I call Verizon customer service they are telling my Im liable for the bill because the box was never returned and on their end its showing the box is in use. Not to mention...It took a couple of days to return the box because everytime I went the doors were locked during normal operating hours. The last time I called just to be sure and some guy answered and said he was on lunch so locked the doors
Came back to add, 2 months later, that the box STILL hasn't been returned and I'm now looking at a bill for $212.

I have been having trouble with my phone dropping network since I had it repaired at a another shop. I stopped in & Keera was so helpful! She switched my Sim card and then later assisted me with my new phone. I really considered switching from Verizon after 15 years to go with another provider. The only reason I didn't was because her customer service and kindness during my frustration was unbeatable. She was so kind,patient and helpful. Keera is the best!

Alex L is the best Verizon employee I’ve met! my account was a mess. He worked miracles to get it to where it needed to be. I can’t thank him enough for all he did for me. 2 months ago I would have given a 1 star rating from the service I received. But upper management has gotten rid of most of the staff and is starting over fresh. They were able to solve all of my problems that the older manager created for me and I no longer hate verizon
