My motorcycles regulator blew up so I had limped my bike to this store and was told there wasn't a battery. Wish I got the employees name because while I was sitting outside looking at getting a tow to pick me up he went through his new shipment that hadn't been inventoried yet and found the exact battery I needed. Saved my day and got me home safe and sound.

After Autozone left my 72 year old mother in law in the parking lot with a dead battery without even checking it, she went to you guys and the manger gave her a battery for free! What a great person!!! I will going go to Napa from now on, never will go to Autozone again!!!

When renting a tool I asked if I could return this tool to any Napa location, as Thurmont is not near my home. The associate asked a manager who in turn told me ANY NAPA will take the rental tool back. I was lied to, only corporate stores will take the tool which there are none near me. So I’m stuck with a $120 tool worth about $30. Very frustrating.

5 Stars. Got bad fuel and my fuel filters plugged in my big truck. Ordered online and they made sure to get the filters to me. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Went in with a fuel injection line problem so I had to use rubber hose and the attendant knew I was working on fuel injection so he cut me a piece of hose and went on my wayA little later my wife was pulled over and smelled gas i went to her and the hose had exploded and fuel was a over engineCome to find out he gave me low pressure hose not high pressure injection hose which is what I asked forThis could have been a fatal mistake on there partNeed to get employees who care and know there job
