We were stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow for two hours before we got in touch with Mike's. Kevin came right over and was such a huge help! Unfortunately, insurance wrote our car off as totaled before it could make it to Mike’s but working with Katelyn while we waited for insurance to decide was great. She was very friendly, answered all my questions and helped with a form I needed. Next time I need an autobody shop, I will be using Mike’s.
