Great store very clean and the staff was very nice even when the customer in line in front of us was being practically verbally abusive the cashier for no reason the cashier kept calm and had a manager come talk to the lady yelling by the time I left the lady had calmed down but I still feel bad for how she spoke to the nice cashier

This store is dirty, gross and disrespectful. So one of my friends told me that two girls about 10-15 stole 2 pregnancy and they had candy, chips, candles, etc etc. So as they were going up to pay they start get yelled them at and threaten them. Then they got banned for what, this is a HATE crime, they didn't even get to explain then they made the girls leave or they would have called the cops. The one girl tried to explain they had money and wanted to used it quick but no i'm done with dollar store its a waste of time never ever going back and i'm reporting them as well.

This store is disgusting they need new employees I have seen women get disrespected and called Satanist for buying Halloween decorations today I was there as a mother this disgusted me I saw these two little girls and supposedly they had stolen two pregnancy tests and they are now banned from the store and they need to be unbanned immediately because these two little girls didn't look older than 13 shouldn't the cashier's be more concerned about why they were stealing it of how old they were and then when the girls got to the front they immediately were interrogated for stealing who says they even stole it maybe they where gonna play up there they probably didnt know they didnt look older than 12 the cashiers proceeded to tell them that they had seen them steal followed them around the store and they were blatantly disrespectful and they looked disgusted of why the girls bought two pregnancy tests as a mother I am disturbed and angry they proceeded to yell at them and the girls payed for them in advance and they looked ashamed also both of these cashiers were white and one of the girls was black and the other had been talking about her being native I can't help but to think the worse..

This place is dirty there is food on the floor in the bathroom have pee on the floor I have seen things in the mirror that I do not want to repeat their are disgusting things all over the floor I've seen test wrappers drug test a pregnancy test rappers I have seen a needle inside of the bathroom trash can when I was throwing away my paper towel it is dirty and disgusting in the store that I seen food on the floor I seen things stolen from the store I bought something last week and in my package there was nothing inside of it when I looked in it except rappers.

I just want to say I used to love this location. Now, unfortunately I cannot recommend this location. The cashier who I will be kind enough to not name proceeded to repeatedly call us satanists for purchasing Halloween decorations that she herself is selling to the public... Pumpkins, bats and welcome mats, not even anything scary. This cashier continued to berate us and grow increasingly indignant with every scan and kept tossing our items and trying to not touch them followed by odd hand motions she said was "washing her hands with the blood of Jesus" between verbal attacks. This went on for the duration of our entire order. I have returned all items purchased because I cannot financially support a location that allows their employees to attack customers let alone for purchasing the goods that are being sold in store... This was the most bizarre trip to dollar tree in my life and I even witnessed a beating at the Frederick location a few years back...

Ordered online for store pickup and only part of my order arrived when the email said it all arrived. The manager said it could have never been on the truck, could have been delivered to a different store, or "it could be buried somewhere in the back." I called customer service and was told I would get a call back in 48 hours and instead they refunded me and never called. Came to find out that the store refunded it without me knowing after they said that if I didn't want a refund I would have to call customer service to see if they could help me. I worked in customer service for years and this is just horrible, and not just at store level but on the phone as well.

Foil helium balloons are a great deal for a $1. Nice store. However, cases of unpacked merchandise were in several locations.
