BEWARE!!The owner was very disrespectful when we asked for assistance. He stated that they changed their times. We we're told something entirely different when checking in earlier and their sign stated they we're open. If you can't help that is fine, but to be disrespectful to your customers is unprofessional. I suggest spending your money on a company that cares, because they do not.

Most honest mechanic I've met in years. I live in frederick and the mechanic on 85, told me I need an engine because of it over heating. After about a month of car shopping I was meeting some friends in the thurmont area I saw the building with in door yard sale. Come to find out there also an auto repair shop. They provided a tow service. Mr. Champ had my car for 4 days and his wife was kind enough to loan me her personal vehicle for that time. And I didn't need an engine Mr. Champ did gasketheads. Car hasn't over heating since. Thank you Complete auto DIAGNOSTICS and Mr. Champ.

Champ is the ONLY person I trust with my vehicle. He's fair in his pricing and has my best interest in mind. My husband, my father in law and I all only trust Champ with our vehicles. Wouldn't recommend anyone else

Champ is the man. When nobody else can figure out your problem Champ can. He is very honest, reliable and prices beats everyone else around. He definitely treats you like his motto said treat you like family. When in doubt call Champ. Keep up the good work. You will always be my mechanic that's for sure.

Just such a pleasure to deal with honest and fair prices. They always stay within the estimate for the big jobs. They usually can always get you in for a oil change right away and that means a lot when you have a busy schedule. Thanks for all your help Champ.

These guys are great and honest. I take my truck here every time the dealership has a problem figuring out “the problemâ€. I find they have a much more personalized approach dealing with me , taking the time to explain.... while the dealership wants to just run hours up and maybe solve the problem
