We really like this place. Good food and karaoke with Firehouse DJ's.

The food was delicious ?. Only thing they ran out of bottled water very early and then ran out of orange juice. People were very nice and friendly.

This is good place for veterans to meet and have fun. Place is friendly and neat.

About Amvets
Locally the Amvets Post 7 in Thurmont provides a bar, restaurant and event center where veterans and their families can gather in a safe space with other veterans and families to enrich their lives back home. We are a non-profit organization where all proceeds go towards serving our veterans and other non-profit organizations in our community. Our restaurant is open to the public Thursday, Friday and Saturday 12-7. Just ring the bell in the atrium and the bartender will unlock the door for you and your family. Check out our menu in the photos and keep an eye out for our daily specials. In the bar we have affordable drinks, small games of chance, Maryland Lottery Slot machines. We Can't Wait to Serve you!
