I had to utilize the credentialing services at this location. Mrs. Tameka and Mrs. Robin were nice and respectful to all the customers during my appointment window. Mrs. Tameka was very helpful and guided me through the entire credentialing process. I arrived early and she had me out of there with time to spare. I will definitely use this location again should the need arise.

Worst post office ever! The lady with the horrible redish dreds and ugly lashes and liner was no help. She is unprofessional and and rude.

Wow! Thank you for making my errands easy and pleasant. I got here at 9a when they opened to send out a package and there were 5 or so people all waiting for different services. The lady at the counter took care of us all with grace and humor.What a wonderful start to the day. Thank you.

I never have a good experience at this usps place and in my neighborhood we used to have great drivers now the mfs just drove pass the mailbox and we know for a fact we mail coming.I think corporate or upper management should look at this location and do major improvements including customer service .

Te he office is supposed to close at 5 pm Monday to Friday

Love this place but within the past week my mail has been coming late after 8pm and I don’t appreciate that! I was told mail is supposed to be delivered before 5pm why is it taking from 7am-8pm to deliver 5 mins down the street? I understand that there is other complex and homes but come on now the new people y’all gotta do better. People should not be waiting for the mail that late especially if you have stuff to do before 8pm….check cashing place closes early.

I don’t typically leave reviews but this usps location specifically Ms Robin definitely deserves applause for the way they helped my family today. I have 2 babies under 2 we went in to get passport photos for them and my husband as well as put in applications and take multiple passport photos myself for other applications. Robin was so patient with us , she retook photos multiple times to try and get us the best quality , she was incredibly patient with the babies and us even staying past her lunch break. There truly aren’t a lot of people like her that care about helping others and I’m so grateful that we were able to get everything done that day with her help!

TO THE MANAGER THAT JUST BOLD FACELY LIED TO MY FATHER..YA'LL WILL BE SEEING US IN COURT!!!!!!!! WE BEEN LIVING IN THIS AREA FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS AND NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE!!!!HOW YOU MEAN THAT PACKAGES ARE SOMETIMES RIP OPEN????? WHO ARE THE PACKAGES RIPPED OPEN BY A GHOST!?!?!? NO THE PACKAGES ARE RIP OPEN FROM THE THEIVES THAT ARE WORKING FOR USPS!!!!!

Waited on a package all day. Upon tracking the package USPS noted no one home and had no place to leave the package. Storm door was open the driver never made an attempt. We never no when our mail will arrive. You. Can tell when our regular driver is out. The replacement driver delivers between 1pm - 9pm. The USPS service in my area sucks...But in the case tiday no mail was delivered on January 17th, 2023. FIX OUR SERVICE

Placed a hold mail (Temple Hills) post office for 7 days and the mailman continued delivering my mail and had to ask a neighbor to get the mail from my mailbox, so it wouldn't overflow. Saw the mailman continuously delivering my mail via my ring doorbell. After the 7 days, I get a notice advising me that my mail was on hold. What a joke. Temple Hills post office gets "0" stars. They are pathetic.

This is literally the WORSE post office location I’ve ever been too. They literally never answer their phone and i witnessed in person that they just take it off the hook? It’s annoying when people are trying to get through and can’t. Please do better.
