The worst thing about the post office is that they don't serve you properly, and especially when you get your passport, they make you wait until they want to serve you. As a person, you're paying money. They should serve you properly.

Temple Hills Post Office has terrible customer service. Despite knowing their website incorrectly allows Saturday passport appointments for over a year, they did nothing to fix it or inform customers. They then gave us incorrect information about Saturday walk-ins at Capitol Heights (which only does walk-ons on Wednesday)

The Light skin guy that do the mail delivery for heather hills apartment is super unprofessional. I told him I don't need the little first class newspaper mail, he told me to just put it on the ground like the rest of the residence do. I did just what he told me to do but he ended up balling up the first class newspaper and putting it back in my mail back several times, even other residence newspaper mail that was left on the ground he balls theirs newspaper up and place it in my mailbox. He also opens up my regular mail. This guy need to be terminated due to his unprofessionalism!!!!! My mother is retiree poster from Merrifield va!!! STOP WITH THE SHENANIGANS MR. LIGHT SKIN PROCTOR LOOKING GUY!!!

THIS IS A BUSINESS, WE HAVE CHECKS RETURN TO SENDER WHEN THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT. SUB-CARRIER DOESN'T EVEN CHECK TO SEE IF THERE IS OUTGOING MAIL OR DON'T DELIVER AT ALL AND WE ARE 3 MINS AWAY FROM THE POST OFFICE. WHEN YOU TRY TO CALL THEY DON'T ANSWER!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEADQUARTERS AT L'ENFANT PLAZA.

I had to utilize the credentialing services at this location. Mrs. Tameka and Mrs. Robin were nice and respectful to all the customers during my appointment window. Mrs. Tameka was very helpful and guided me through the entire credentialing process. I arrived early and she had me out of there with time to spare. I will definitely use this location again should the need arise.

Wow! Thank you for making my errands easy and pleasant. I got here at 9a when they opened to send out a package and there were 5 or so people all waiting for different services. The lady at the counter took care of us all with grace and humor.What a wonderful start to the day. Thank you.
