My experience with Ultimate Auto was excellent! The staff was willing to work with me in a very quick and timely manner and gave me a good discount. They also went above the trade-in price for my current vehicle so I could purchase my new vehicle- a beautiful Jeep Grand Cherokee fully loaded with low mileage! My brother best friend has purchased 2 trucks from this dealership and paid cash for new trucks..Both of them had bad transmission problems..
Took it back less than 6 months ..Got another one paid cash in difference got another one this one he drove to NC July 3 he had to go get transmission filters and all this work on it to get back to Maryland...These trucks was paid in full when they left the lot..
I told him not to go back there anymore .His wife told him the exact same words...Don't shop with this dealership anymore..

I hesitated to write this review because while in the process to purchase a car from Ultimate Auto was difficult, they did try to right their wrongs but the overall experience was extremely frustrating and trying. It first started when Christina called me about the car I inquired about. I made an appointment to see the car and drove a hour and half away for the car to not be there. Shawn lacks the ability to be respectful and communicate on a business level. Finally when the car arrived it was in poor conditions, I was told that they would fix the car and deliver it to my home. I got the car 4 days later with malfunctions. When I took it to the dealership because I have the warranty, Ultimate Auto expressed they would fix it which they did but once again they did not fix everything. Frank was helpful but once I started to call multiple times he expressed that I was on his personal line and he gave me this number as a courtesy. It was like he became frustrated that I was calling to inquire about updates for a car that I purchased. Working with them has been very frustrating and I am glad I no longer have to deal with them. After reading all the comments from previous buyers, I can express that Ultimate Auto lacks the ability to be accountable to their buyers and makes excuses into why as a customer base service they retailed with harsh and rude comments other than apologizing and trying to do better. They lack communicating skills as a company because the departments do not know what the other departments are doing. They need to work on their customer skills because they speak very condescendingly to clients and lack respect. I am simply writing this review as a means for them to do better as a company and know that without us as customers, they would have no business!!!!!!

This was a pretty smooth process, thanks to Shawn. No hassles or any hidden tactics. The car is In good shape and it’s been 5 months since I first purchased it and he still contacts me to see if I need anything and if I’m okay.
