“I have used Interstate since 2005 and I have had all my cars serviced there, when looking for a mechanic, you want someone who is fair and honest and who can explain your issues and show you what you need done. Rob is a fantastic owner he does extra stuff that you may not get charged for, and if your part is no longer available, he will come up with a solution. The cost of parts is what it is and labor goes with it, but if you want a caring mechanic, someone you can build a relationship with Rob is your guy, I am a very satisfied customer, he is a very knowledgeable and a Pro mechanic. Remember if you want cheap prices you normally get cheap work, treat your car like it is one of your children and Rob will keep your car running just like a kid. In these days of the pandemic we all have to give back to get, give Interstate a try and you will not be disappointed.”

The prices are good and favorable when compared to other shops (being much better than chain store prices). The parking is a bit difficult as there is little to no space on the shop grounds.”
“Bob came highly recommended to me by my boyfriend’s mother - I came all the way from La Plata, MD. Bob and his son were nothing short of being God-sent… wonderful! Honda auto shop tried to charge me $1000 xtra for the same service! Also, Bob and his son found that the Honda dealer basically were going to rip me off in general for a new water pump and coolant (which wasn’t needed). That’s right! Car Dealerships are charging people for parts that don’t even need to be replaced, and completely not mentioning the parts that actually need replacing! I needed a new AC compressor (per Bob) and Honda completely failed to mention that. Bob took care of me like a father would! He felt horrible that Honda did this to me and he fixed my car within 24 hours. When I came to pick up my car, his son lifted my hood and showed me exactly what was fixed and why - he was so knowledgeable and kind. If you want HONEST work, FAIR affordable prices, and a job WELL DONE, look no further. You’re in trusted hands here at Branch Ave Tire & Auto.Most importantly, my 2010 civic is now driving like brand new, after years of taking it to Honda and their never acknowledging the cause for my car shaking (AC compressor/belt). They’d instead find a bunch of other issues with parts that in hindsight probably didn’t need to be replaced. Save yourself the money and the troubles of going anywhere else but here!LOOK NO FURTHER!!!”

“Motor World is a reliable, honest, quick and reasonably-priced automotive shop. I have used them for 8+ years for regular maintenance and repairs. Soon after having another mechanic install an alternator, my car suddenly stopped on the beltway. It was late in the evening and the shop I normally used was closed. AAA recommended having it towed to Motor World. I was shocked when Motor World made me aware that not only did I need an alternator, but that the one I just had installed was used, not new as I had been told and charged for. After making the other mechanic install a new one, Motor World agreed to re-inspect it at no charge. I have taken my car to Motor World thinking I had a major problem, and they diagnosed the issue as being minor and MUCH less cost than expected, and what the dealer would have charged. My Infinite is now 13+ years old and still purrs like a kitten. You can’t go wrong with Motor World.”

Fluid changes, brake and rotor changes, slight cosmetic changes, car leaks, check engine lights, you name it.They’re always professional and always do good work and they don’t seem to just be out for your money. “This auto shop restored my faith in humanity. The incredibly kind manager of J&B auto saw me on the side of the road with a flat tire. It was after the shop closed, but he stopped to help me assess the problem (turns out I ran over a nail), calmed me down, then lent me an air pump so I could get home. He even offered to go back to the shop to fix the tire right then - after he had already closed for the day. Fortunately I was able to get enough air to get the car home then bring it to the shop in the morning when they opened. His team quickly fixed the problem with a patch and were so amazing and nice. THANK YOU JAZI!!! You are a hero!!!”

“My car broke down during the Christmas trip to Washington DC from Massachusetts. I went to Pohanka Honda dealership today (Capitol hill, MD) and left the Car 8am to 3pm. Honda Dealership said they couldn't figure out what's the problem and couldn't fix it.
I was very disappointed and found other ppl's google review on Google map (1 mile away from Pohanka Dealership). This mechanic at M&D Auto Shop figured out in 10minutes and fixed it in 1 hour.
If you are having a trouble at Official dealership or need help, read my review and please come over here. This guy will save your day.

“The Norris Garage staff is very professional and efficient. They give you excellent customer service. The waiting area is quiet, clean and comfortable. I had to wait several hours for a water pump replacement for my 2014 Toyota, and I was able to set up and do my work, the WiFi connection was perfect. Larry and Mr. Norris were wonderful and treated me like family! I will be taking my car back to Norris Garage.”

“Prius Hybrid Repair in Annapolis refers all mechanical work to Orlando because it is difficult to find honest technicians that know how to repair cars. If you are good at what you do, then you are busy. You may have to wait to get service but it is well worth it.”
“Had a leak from transmission. Could not put transmission in gear to drive. Had it towed to Martinez. Diagnosed problem right away. Great customer service. Part (a hose) was ordered and returned next day as promised. Was repaired in timely fashion. Highly recommend.”
