Been coming here for years but will not go again! Staff are rude, lazy, and nasty. If all you are supposed to say is, "put the car in neutral and foot off the brake" and you can rude and nasty that up, you don't need my coins!!! They used to be pleasant and respectful to customers. Now they're lazy monsters who act like it's a chore to say good morning!

Car wash stopped working. They kept selling car washes so there was a massive backlog. Took 20 mins to get it working. As soon as it was working, they started spraying the car without checking. Threw soap and water into the car. Lady outside just shrugged and couldn’t have cared less. Spots on the windshield didn’t even clean.

At time, this car wash was tops! The quality of the car wash here has dropped. I asked for a basic car wash and my car got a rain wash, no soap in the system. Never again. Folks are nice.

Paid for a $50 wash and had to get them to fully vacuum the interior. They wiped down my glass with a cloth that left a lot of fibers behind. The dash was all smeared and so were the arms of the door. Using the same towels to clean multiple cars is not going to get them clean. Still had stains on the outside after the machine wash. Thought they would wipe it off before “waxing” it. At this price point, there’s just other places you can go and spend your money. They had a crew of about 8 people but only one went back and cleaned the spots that I asked while the other just gathered around and talked.

I got my truck detailed here, it rained the next day, I went the following day to get my truck wiped down at least and they said NO…$55 plus $10 tip down the drain…done!

I'm really too upset today I went to wash my car and it turns out that my husband notices some marks as if someone sprinkled chlorine or some liquid that damaged the paint that my car didn't have, I don't know what liquids they use
