If there was an option for no stars !!!!Don't waste your money or your time at the wannabe car dealership. I'm pretty sure they paid for the good reviews or wrote it themselves. The test drive went well. However, the day I pulled the car off the lot, (Saturday, June 24), the check engine light came on. The following Monday, I went in to get the issue resolved and I was told it was a catalytic converter. Ali, the mechanic, stated that it would take 2-3 business days to get there. So I waited 4 days to call. On the 4th day, I was told it hasn't arrived yet and they'll have it by the next week. The following week I went on Thursday, July 6th, and wasted my time because they did not have the part! I was told when they do get the part they would call me. Based on the history of them lying, I decided to call the next week to follow up with my part arrival--Making it 3 weeks since I have been driving to work with a sh*tty car. On the night of July 18th, I had to go to work, however, my car was making a noise as if it would not switch gears and kept stopping. So I had to call out from work !!! (Which resulted in me losing my job.)The next day, I visited the dealership to check on the status of my parts. I was told it wasn't there and Duke, one of the managers, decided to handle the situation. He repeatedly said, "It's a Chevy and it's easy to fix." Well, obviously not because it has been 4 weeks since I've been waiting. He made a comment that made me think to myself," They don't care about the cars or customers, just the money ". The comment was "In 2/3 months you could pull a donald trump which is basically to let the car go missing or be totaled so u won't have to pay anything."I got this car because I need reliable transportation to work and school! This is not a game to me...Friday, July 21, I brought my car to the dealership so that they could take to it to be examined. I thought that was what Ali, the "mechanic" did the very first week the issue presented itself. Later on that day, I was told they did not know which converter it was so my car would not be fixed until Monday, July 24th-- Stating they have to go to Ourisman, the original dealership, to get both converters fixed. My question is why would their mechanic tell me he would order a part, not knowing which converter it was !!!!!! I went to my mechanic and he showed me the machine used to hide and remove the check engine light so that it would look presentable to be sold lol! Marcus told me it's a used car so I should not expect everything to be perfect but if I'm paying my money, I would like my MAJOR parts to not be FAULTY and for my seal to not have fallen off on the highway within less than a month of owning the car!!!Attached are my conversations. I wouldn't wish bad for anyone company but when they knowingly sell these cars and have people running like headless chickens to get the problems solved continuously they deserve their license taken for playing with peoples' time and lives. DISGUSTING!

This dealership experience was amazing! Customer service was a 10/10. AJ was extremely helpful in aiding me in finding the prefect car. Not to mention, he really looked out for me when finding the best finance company, shop here, you won’t regret it! Thank you AJ and Prestige Motors staff for being so welcoming and helpful, super grateful!!

The business practices of this dealership are very unprofessional. The salespeople are straight out of the "ghetto". The salesman thinks he's addressing one of his "homies", when he starts talking very recklesss to me as a customer, as if he could bust a grape. It doesn't take much to realize that this dealership is very shady and the product they sell is at your own risk.

Purchased a vehicle last May 2022 along with an extended warranty. They took 2 months of me harassing them to get my tags that was the 1st red flag. Last week I took the car to the dealer to have engine work done. The dealer contacted the warranty company and they said the Warranty was voided August 2022 because Prestige motors never completed the paperwork nor did they send payment for the warranty I paid $4400 for the warranty and they kept the money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE THEY ARE SCAMMERS Dont trust Duke and dont trust Ali. DON'T T DO IT

I got great experience with this company. Marcus make sure I left the lot with a good car and he made sure I had everything I need. Crystal have great customer service and make sure I needed all the resources for my car. Duke gave me all the information I need for my car and gave me some pointers they all the best of what they do. I’m glad I bought my car from Prestige Motor Company and if anything happens to my car I can always bring it back and they will fix it right away. I recommend you get your car from here do not hesitate.

They have a nice selection of vehicles, they are really helpful and friendly. I gave them three stars though because it was not family friendly. The staff in the back was really loud, cursing.... I don't know if it was an argument or lively conversation. I had my daughter with me. Needless to say I didn't really appreciate it, especially in that small space. It was not a very professional atmosphere.

They sold me a yukon xl and the first week the transmission went out. They were cool about it, but I was paying so much for the truck I was extremely disappointed that the truck wasn't running right from the time I got it. I test drove it on the street, but I couldn't tell transmission was slipping until I got to drive it on the highway. They told me I had to make a big down payment and I got less than half back I didn't care I didn't want the truck anymore. Ill never go back and I wouldn't recommend to anybody saving their hard earned money as I did?
