I used them before a few years ago and assume I was going to get the same service. This time was a mess!!!!! Sent my deposit weeks ago and he did not show up. Gave me the runaround all freaking day. He is a scammer. I still have not received my refund and I am sure I will not. Do not use this company. Waste of time and money!!!! Karma is real remember that!!!

You have been scamming people out of their money. DO NOT USE OLD 2 NEW MOVERS. HE TAKES THE DEPOSIT THEN DOES NOT SHOW UP OE ANSWER HIS PHONE. LOOK AT HIS REVIEWS ON YELP AND GOOGLE. HE HAS DONE THIS TO SEVERAL CUSTOMERS AND NOW YOU CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH HIM. I USED THEM A FEW YEARS AGO AND THEY ARE NOT THE SAME COMPANY.

I used these folks before and had no issues. But Aug 2021 is the opposite. I sent my deposit and had all of things ready. I was not put on the schedule and Jeffrey gave me the run around the entire day. Decide to do the move the next morning. I talk to him they were on there waty and I am sitting here 3 hours later nothing. I call no answer. I text no answer. But yet there is a question of why we don't support our own. If I could give a 0 or negative star rating, I would. Old2New are SCAMMERS! Beware!! Let me start by saying that I should have read the reviews on Yelp before hiring Jeffery and Marcus. I trusted the reviews on Groupon and will never do that again. Jeffery scammed me out of $150. To be honest, losing money is always a bummer, but wasting my time is NOT OKAY. I called Jeffery on a Friday, inquiring about the Groupon deal. (One of the reasons why I was attracted to this Groupon is because they are a small, black owned business and I thought it would be dope to support....little did I know...) After he explained how things worked, he told me I would need to put down a $150 deposit and I had to do that via Cash App (that should have been red flag #1 but I let that slide). Moving day was set for Tuesday afternoon. Monday night rolls around and Jeffery reaches out to me giving me some story about how he needed a 15ft truck to do my job, but could only get access to a 20ft truck so I needed to send him another $50 on CashApp (red flag #2). I said no, and explained that the larger truck wouldn't work for me anyway since it would be parked in a tight alley....he said no problem and he would get back to me with a confirmation once he secured a truck. Tuesday rolls around, and I'm patiently waiting for confirmation about what time they are coming over. Once I finally got in touch with Jeffery, he said that the move would now need to be pushed to Wednesday because he couldn't sure a truck. Let me just tell you guys that they never mentioned not having trucks when I had an initial call with Jeffery so I was thinking "how is this MY problem?" but I empathized and decided to wait to Wed. Wed rolls around, and nothing. I finally get a call from Marcus saying that they secured a truck and they are picking it up at 4pm. I was like "great, lets do this." I was waiting, and waiting...and finally asked what was going on and he said he needed to secure a crew....again...........why wasn't this already secured?...bc they were scamming me the whole time. But since I am a nice person, I said okay, so Thursday? And Marcus said, Yes, Thursday for sure. Boom, Thursday comes, I call and text and nothing. I already had a feeling I was getting scammed from the various red flags, but it was confirmed. I reached out to both Marcus (if that's even his name) and Jeffery and asked for a refund and they ignored me....which is to be expected. So basically now, I'm $150 in the hole, and a weeks worth of time wasted. I was able to get my $50 back for the Groupon I purchased and I am working with them to remove Old2New from their platform (I won't stop until they are removed bc I don't want to see anyone else scammed). I've also complained to the BBB, and I'm going to BLAST Jeffery on every platform possible. He wasted my time, so now I'm about to waste his. He should run me my $150 back.... The funniest part is that my move would have easily been about $700. If they would have just come and did the job they were hired for, they would have made so much more money, but I guess sitting behind a computer scamming people is easier for them....

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! After purchasing a Groupon they then asked for $150 deposit to secure truck and never showed on day scheduled to move. Rescheduled for the following day and still they never showed up. I'm now seeking a refund from both them and Groupon. Do not waste your time with this business.

In February 1, 2021, I hired this moving company to move me on February 7th. The owner Jeff required $200 fee to save the date via cash app. I sent the deposit and on the day the services were suppose to be rendered his moving company did not show up. I requested a refund and Jeff stated that I would receive my refund in 3 businesss days. Well that never happened. I text and called him several times requesting my refund with no response. The address that uses for his so called business is an apartment complex. Finally, I had to make a police report for fraud and bring a civil suit against Jeffrey Haston. Please please don’t use this company he is a scammer and is doing fraudulent activity.Service: In-state moving

Let me just say first off this guy Jeffery if thats even his name is a total liar and a thief. He will stand you up come moving day and leave you beyond stressed. I spent my whole Juneteenth and father's day weekend trying to contact this joker and never once did he have the courtesy to show up. I am thankful we were able to find other assistance from a REAL moving company. We paid this guy 3 weeks in advance using cash app and a Groupon we purchased but Im here to tell you to stay away from this Conman! He still hasn't given us our refund which is beyond frustrating!

Do not use their services! I sent a $200 deposit to secure a move, and on the day of the move i sent a text and the gentlemen, Jeffrey responded stating that he thought he text me and was unable to provide the services due to an emergency with his daughter! Okay cool, I requested a refund of my deposit and still have not received the refund! I sent the deposit via cashapp and Jeffrey tried to refund via square! I did not pay with a credit card so there is no way a refund can be given to me via square and go back to my card! This company/man is playing games and I WOULD NOT use their services or you will get jipped for your money! I repeat DO NOT make any deposits to secure your move, if something happens they will not refund your money properly and its due to them NOT being able to keep the commitment.

They showed up early and had great communication. I did not get a large enough truck. I appreciated them trying to maximize the space that they had to work with so much. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. JEFF IS A COMPLETE THIEF! I paid a week ahead of time. Thought everything was set. Tried to reach out to Jeff to confirm the day before and there was no response until hours later and he continuously said he would call me but never did. I should have took it as a red flag. Next day is moving day and 10am was my time. 10:20 comes I call and no answer. I text and call again. NO ANSWER. HE NEVER SHOWED. OR CALLED. Hours later he responded with just "Apologies"....And said that I would be refunded in 3 days. I paid through CashApp. So it doesn't take 3 days to refund. I still have not received my money back. This put me and my family in a horrible position. He doesn't care and is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be filing a police report. Already reported him to CashApp and Groupon for being a scammer. Dont waste your money or time. Use another company.

I repeat do not use this business. They have ripped me off for $250.00. They were scheduled to arrive on Thursday March 11. Monday March 8 I text and call to confirm, no response. Tuesday, same thing. Wednesday Jeff finally answers my call and says "his daughter broke his phone." What kind of business would you run if you don't immediately get a new phone. Thursday comes and he calls me to postpone until 2pm, saying his son is sick. Thursday at 3pm he calls and cancels. I rented a U-Haul, had it waiting, was moving to Florida and he cancelled. I had to scramble the next day and find movers. Now he still hasn't refunded me the $250, won't answer calls or text. It has been almost 2 weeks.UPDATE: 3/27/21 he has now blocked my calls and text messages
